As always, very good and satisfying.
Just ordered food for delivery. 3 way and a coney. The order has no cheese! How do you forget to put the cheese in the bag!!! All you had to do was toss those prepared cheese bags into the delivery bag! No hot sauce! No crackers! No forks. Unacceptable skyline! Do better.
Food was delicious & Tyler was great! Definitely be back.
Fast, friendly service, delicious chili, clean restrooms! Thanks Skyline!
Food was amazing as always and the staff was really nice and friendly!
Always have loved skyline... We don't have any where we live now ... And it is a MUST GO when we visit back home!
If i could do a negative 5
I would
Everything was cold
The fries . Were barely a hand full. A little kids hand
And the cost
Can go to the store and buy 3 or 4 packs of hot dogs .
If not more
I first tried Skyline Chili last year on the way back from a roadtrip...and now this year on my way to see family at Christmas as Dayton is a nice stopping point for my road west.
I always wanted to try Cincinnati chili for a long time and when I did end up staying a night in Dayton I came over here and tried both a chili 3-way and a coney. More recently I had a chili 5-way, but still had a coney with it.
The service, though a fast casual place like Steak 'n' Shake, is as quick as a fast-food place which I like. The atmosphere is a typical diner style affair so nothing too special here but the service was pretty good both times I came by. The restaurant is also clean with no major issues.
Now, one's opinion on Cincinnati chili aside, I very much enjoy the unique flavor of it, especially in a chili 5-way. The flavor of the cinnamon and other spices give it a distinct warmth that normal chili doesn't have (moreso if you get the can from a nearby Meijer and make your own). Both times I've been, the chili was nice and hot, the noodles were able to hold the chili, beans, onions and the veritable mountain of shredded cheddar. The coneys are also very good with the buns nice and soft and the dogs are well cooked.
Much like Runza in Nebraska, if you're in the area and are looking for a dining experience that's unique, definitely find a Skyline Chili...but don't blame me if end up grabbing a couple cans to take back with you.
Skyline is always great.
Yall are crazy as hell thinking this is good. Or even that this is Chili. You have some cinnamon spaghetti. The Greek dude that invented this was out of his dang mind. Nothing about this is Chili. It looks terrible and it is. Service was good at the location I went to but as soon as I walked in, I clocked about 6 morbidly obese people chowing down. Shut this place down. Save people's lives and taste buds.

Enjoy a plate of Cincinnati's favorite meal here.
Parking: Smaller parking lot directly next to store, but plenty of parking in the strip mall the restaurant is a part of.
