There is no place to eat inside so just drive through only. The bathrooms are outside as well and are locked and you have to ask for a key. That was not very nice so other than that the food was great 👍

Yeah whoever is working at 4 pm Sunday November 23rd should rethink what they want to do with their life if they can't run a fast food restaurant. I sat waiting for my food for 30 minutes and it game soggy and old as hell been sitting on the counter the whole time probably

The slowest service I have ever experienced for fast food. Not going back.
If i could give them zero stars, I would. This place has to have the worst service I've ever seen in my years on this earth. We waited 49 minutes just to get two shakes and when we got it they were anything but cold shakes if not warm. After seeing our warm shakes we wanted to get a refund. Come to find out they didn't even give us our receipt. Took another 34 minutes for us to get literally just our money back. How is it even possible to mess up shakes? This place isn't even worthy of the gum on the bottom of my shoe.

I used to love this restaurant but it has been disappointing for the past couple years as we travel. The tots used to be my favorite but they continued to be over cooked/ very dry. I've had many orders where I did not get what I ordered, just yesterday I even corrected her that I wanted a master shake strawberry cheesecake and got a very thin strawberry shake. We will no longer go out of our way to stop at any of these restaurants.

There’s always something wrong with that place. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and then they said the card machine doesn’t work or we don’t make milkshakes right now. What going on!!!!!!!!! I have been there 8 to 10 times and something always wrong 😑
