The slowest service I have ever experienced for fast food. Not going back.

If i could give them zero stars, I would. This place has to have the worst service I've ever seen in my years on this earth. We waited 49 minutes just to get two shakes and when we got it they were anything but cold shakes if not warm. After seeing our warm shakes we wanted to get a refund. Come to find out they didn't even give us our receipt. Took another 34 minutes for us to get literally just our money back. How is it even possible to mess up shakes? This place isn't even worthy of the gum on the bottom of my shoe.

I used to love this restaurant but it has been disappointing for the past couple years as we travel. The tots used to be my favorite but they continued to be over cooked/ very dry. I've had many orders where I did not get what I ordered, just yesterday I even corrected her that I wanted a master shake strawberry cheesecake and got a very thin strawberry shake. We will no longer go out of our way to stop at any of these restaurants.

There’s always something wrong with that place. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and then they said the card machine doesn’t work or we don’t make milkshakes right now. What going on!!!!!!!!! I have been there 8 to 10 times and something always wrong 😑

Went for just a milkshake originally and decided to yet food as well I ordered through the app and after waiting at a stall for 30 mins I got in line it took another 30 mins just to get to the window after an hour I received my food which was old and the milkshakes were melted and spoiled I had them remake the shakes and they still tasted sour never going to sonic again after this.

I'm sorry to say that we wasted a lot of time just in the Drive-Thru here at Sonic's trying to order some ice cream. The employee over the intercom stated to us twice that he would be right back and then stopped responding totally. We pulled forward to the window where there was only one car in front of us and we waited another 10 mins behind them to be totally ignored when we got to the window. So we ended up driving off after wasting 30 mins for nothing

Might be the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Traveling with my kids and I waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Had my window down and so I over heard the conversation in front of me. No mention of cash only. A line of people came behind me and suddenly they are “cash only” after they had me sitting at the speaker for 5+ minutes because apparently 5 employees can only help one customer at a time. What a joke of an establishment. If I owned it I would fire everyone on shift tonight 7/30/25. Being clocked in and not wanting to work is stealing.

This sonic is literally the worst i don’t understand why it’s so slow just wanted a nerd slushie and waited almost 30 minutes !! 20 of that was just waiting for the 2 cars in front of me to get through.
