This is the worst Sonic location around. Wait times for food often exceed 30 minutes, even in the drive-thru. Some of the employees are helpful and you can tell when they're working hard (because things are quicker), but it seems there is a lack of leadership most days. The restaurant needs a huge overhaul.

This was the most disgusting food I have ever tried to eat. Waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes. I feel sorry for the people waiting in line behind us. Meat tasted old and the fries were cold and saturated in grease

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a milkshake on the app. Checked in. Waited about 20 minutes before I was able to get a staff members attention. Was told they couldn’t find my order, even after confirming it was sent to the correct location. Waited another 10 minutes. They said they would make it. Waited another 15. They brought me out a sundae. Not a milkshake. Then the guy complained when I said that wasn’t what I ordered. I’m done. Never again.

Don't waste your time spent 45 minutes in drive thru. Everything on our order was either wrong or cold. Line was wrapped around the building and they let the car in front of me place an additional order at the window while the driver sat there smoking pot and eating their 1st order.

One of my favorite places but this location seems to have very slow service. There were only 2 people working the day I was there.
The drive thru is always slow even when the parking lot is empty. I ordered a strawberry slushie and the large Fritos Chili Cheese Wrap. The slushie was fine, but I was given a rolled up tortilla with a little bit of the ingredients inside. The manager did replace it and it was good.

I waited 12 minutes before someone took my order. When got to windows, waited on food. Instead of taking next order for car behind us, she stands at drive thru just waiting for our food to come up. Horrible, Horrible way to run a business.
