Haven't been there in a long time. Since before covid. There are no more servers with the menu to seat you. You order through a kiosk. You receive a number, and when your order is ready, your number will be announced, and you go up front and retrieve it from the counter. I had chicken fingers w fries. The chicken fingers tasted like cardboard. The fries were worse. My grandson had a hot dog from the kids' menu. It looked horrible. Nothing like the picture. He didn't even eat it. He ate some of his fries. My daughter had a cheeseburger and onion rings. It was lacking in taste also. The mil shakes were as good as always . We will continue going through the drive-through for them.

Food was cold Didn't get my cheese for the large cheese fries. Burger wasn't made correctly extremely bad experience
Quality has seriously went downhill. What used to be a pleasant experience to sit down eating. Now kiosk service with no waiters. On top of that I was served a hot dog with mold on the bun. How do you not notice the bun has mold on it. Everything else was lackluster and not the quality steak and shake used too be. When we brought the hot dog bun mold to the mangers attention, all she said was thanks. No apology, didn't even seem surprised. Unfortunately steak and shake will no longer be a place I frequent.
