Huber heights has been severely lacking in the subway department. They are either not open or not fully staffed or they don’t have anything available. EXCEPT this one!!! I went today for the first time in forever and they were fully staffed (4 people were behind the counter working on orders), the veggies were fully stocked, they were baking fresh bread, and all of the workers I spoke with were EXTREMELY nice! When subway was franchising out I feel like every other owner did not do well. This store was clean, fast, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Family owned and operated. Great and friendly service. Usual subway fair. BUT this is one of the very few subways in the area that honors the subway coupons. Coupon or not, this is the ONLY local subway location we use now. We usually do pick up orders and they have always been correct and ready when they say they'll be ready.

They hardly put any toppings on. Speak slow and clean so they can understand you.

I'm only writing this to express how disappointed I am in how they wrap the sub sandwiches here. I been to other subways with no issues but because this one in close proximity to goin home for me I chose here. Mind you I'm writing this after several other failed trips to this particular establishment. My sandwich is wrap with both ends of the sandwich exposed?! Why would that be when any other time I go to another subway it's wrapped to close. Now maybe they just need more training in their sandwich art area imoand that's just being honest.

Placed an order via the app for 3 custom footlongs. They nailed it with a smile. This location is great unlike7817 Wayne Town Blvd, Huber Heights, OH 45424 which is horrible!

so due to me having a recent stroke, I’m unable to go into the store to order my food. I ordered it on DoorDash and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with extra buffalo sauce. Some kind of way I end up getting the bacon ranch club. I don’t eat pork and I called the store for replacement or refund. The guy told me that he looked at the camera and They did nothing wrong, so therefore he couldn’t replace or refund my purchase because of my religion and I’m not allowed to have my I threw away the bacon. Here’s a picture of this poor customer service poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend my dog eat from this place now you can see from the picture that there’s no buffalo sauce on the sandwich, but he wanted to argue with me up and down that they did nothing wrong and there was buffalo on the sandwich. I’ve never been so upset with a restaurant and I visit this subway very frequently, so for him to say that they did nothing wrong and that I must be mistaken and I have the sandwich in hand. It’s crazy to me again I want the customer service is horrible and yes, the manager called me and told me he watched the camera and there was nothing that they did wrong so they lost the valuable Loyal customer for life I’m just done. I’m over it. My other sandwich was the outlaw cheesesteak. Had jalapeños on it and I’m highly allergic to jalapeños so I instantly threw that in the trash and he still wouldn’t replace it. Ridiculous. I was ridiculous and was allergic to jalapeños. Pickles didn’t get extra pickles but did get jalapeños so it’s crazy.

Staff is not friendly and rude, when I tried to use a coupon they started talking in Indian and looks of their face changed, they did not even put on a stickers on subs one of them opened on the way even though I asked to mark one. Will not go there again.
