I placed my order online for pickup and it was nothing like I expected when I got home. First I was not greeted by either of the workers and when I asked a question about the drink I ordered I was answered as if I was bothering them. They did not have the drink that I ordered online at all so I had to settle for something different. Then when I got home and we opened our food my wrap was rolled up in a flatbread that split so it made it difficult to eat. My condiments were very light and I did not ask for it to be. My daughter’s flatbread was just that…flat. I even paid for extra meat and she did not get it and she asked for marinara and had to put pizza sauce from home on it because it was very very light. I called to tell the manager and instead of her identifying herself she kept telling me what she did personally to complete the order. She identified herself after I asked about the tortilla shell being used for the wraps and she said she can’t get them which was odd since I had one not too long ago. She only said she was the district manager and never offered any resolution just said thank you have a nice day. I will NEVER go back to this location again.

Just left there. Staff was very friendly and was dealing with some Karen types because they saw a yelp review from someone else’s order that leaves negative reviews on all the local businesses. They were very rude customers and the staff was very professional and nice about it. Very impressed!! Will be coming back!!

As I was eating my blt on flat bread from this subway location I noticed a but fall out of my sandwich and low and behold it was baby cocaroach . I will never eat at this location ever again !!

I have never had a "bad" sub from this Subway location! As much as I want to be mad at the service, it's inside a store, so what do you really expect? Food is always good, and there is sometimes a line, but it's worth it!

The worker here shut down everything because my hours had run out and didn't even help me. He made me wait for 15 minutes and then left. I will tell this incident everywhere.

I placed a web order for 6:30pm, I arrive on the dot, it said it was ready on the app. They had 3 people in line, but asked who I was here for, then proceeded to skip my order, make every order in line, plus the new customers that hopped in line behind them. They made my order last. I placed my order an hour in advance. As a GM in the food industry, specifically the sub industry, this is completely unprofessional. Even as I stand here and write this review they continue to skip my order and help people coming up. I've waited 22 minutes for 2 subs that weren't even cut.

Let me preface this with this : I am a very kind and polite person, especially with service workers because I am one too. That being said, I walk up to this subway and the woman barks "you'll have to wait a minute " im like oh okay and just stand there pationatly waiting to be helped while the lady slams every door or container shut that she opens while making an order that must have been doordash as I was the only one in the store . Eventually she says what do you want, mind you I ordered literally the simplest thing ever 6 inch toasted on white with literally nothing on it but bacon and cheese ( no condiments or vegetables,nothing) she continues to slam everything around as she makes my food,and also doesn't change her gloves between mine and the last order. When the toaster goes off her coworker who was on break or something came in and finished ringing me out (now he was nice and I could tell he was wondering what her problem was as she went back to slamming things around for another doordash)then I get out to the car and go to eat it and it's toasted so much it rock hard and falling apart there's 1 piece of bacon and the cheese is burnt too. By far the worst subway experience I've ever had. I understand as humans we all have bad days but the hostility of this worker for no reason other then being asked nicely to make the simplest sub ever, is just uncalled for. And the sub itself was not even edible!!! . Id have brought it back if I wasn't already on the highway when I went to attempted to eat it.. I hope upper management sees this review and can speak to the employee.. I most likely will never go to this location again. This was March 13th around 330 or 4 pm

The young women that work here are extremely rude and I feel like I'm an inconvenience. They are never out front, don't speak unless spoken to and it's What do you want. We will not be back if these women are working. The young man is great and if he is there, we will order again.
