Went to drive thru. 3 of my tacos were dripping, and I mean dripping in grease. I'm not usually in the area, so I didn't notice till I was almost home and grabbed a fry, and my fingers were wet, so I pulled over and looked. Needless to say, I throw half of our food away

Walked in and up to the counter with 3 friends. They literally have the condiment cart IN FRONT of the register, FORCING you to either order in the app or use their fecalmatter covered touch screen terminals. We stood there for 10 minutes and not a single employee welcomed us/talked to us. Instead one of them kept glancing at us like it was a bother we dare enter the restaurant instead of go through the drive through.
Seasoned fries was hardly warm and the chicken nuggets are small and have no flavor. Also they need to hire people that understand American. I asked for something 5 times and the guy just looked at me and said you want sauce 🤦🏽 no that's not what I said.

Ordered two Catalina chicken bowls and 2 chili cheese burritos with extra cheese and there was no cheese, Both of the Catalina chicken bowls had hard pieces of chicken and over sauced with whatever that orange sauce is. This is so damn disappointing and they were not even busy.
