We witnessed no fewer than 5 employees (one being the manager on duty) tie up the family restroom for over 45 minutes between them while several families with small children were left trying the door over and over and ultimately be forced into the general bathroom while trying to rangle 3 or 4 small choldren. It is disheartening to see the absolute disregard for the families that come to this restaurant. It definitely soured the mood for us.

I usually love Texas Roadhouse but here the service was not on pat with what I'm used to. We ordered ribs with chicken, the ribs never came and the chicken was over cooked and the drinks were slow.

Steak was great ..but. potato was cold & old. Green beans were very salty. BBQ chicken tasted good...but the piece was very very small... corn was lukewarm...mashed potatoes were cold enough. Butter didn't melt.
Sad I spent 90.00 on mostly cold food

I decided to go to Texas roadhouse
after getting a 5 off coupon for my birthday 🎂 I use wait list feature on the website to confirm my seats because that place get busy. I ordered my tall beer and boneless wings my girl got pop and salad 🥗 the server took our entrees order and 3 min after getting that here come our dinner. They put us on this super Lil table where we had barely any room to eat the place wasn't busy no need to rush the food out. My Girlfriend had to stop eating her salad so her main dish doesn't get cold and my food came out cold. The potatoe was warm the prime rib was cold and Old like it waa made sat or sun and sit out all day. They gave me cold au jus in the same thing they put the roll butter in not nearly enough to cover a 16 once prime rib. The Dinner rolls Great atmosphere always good Greet at the door good. Server decent. Overall I will be back for rolls and catfish i will go somewhere more professional for my steak.

Took 3 bites of my sandwich and noticed there was a large piece of paper (looked like paper that is usually to separate hamburgers or cheese from sticking) in my burger. It wasn’t even on my meat part, it was placed between my bun and lettuce, so it felt pretty intentional, which I hope it was more so than accidental because I don’t know how that’s possible for an accident like that to happen- I feel like that’s pure negligence atp. The server was kind but the manager acted as if it was no big deal and didn’t say sorry or anything (we aren’t ones to make a big deal out of food incidents but looking back at it, we should’ve made a wayyyy bigger deal than what we did). The manager was so cheap that she only took off my meal, and didn’t handle my fiances meal as well (which was only $15). A good manager would’ve handled a measly cheap dinner especially over an health and safety food incident like that. Service gets a 3 ONLY because of how the manager handled it, otherwise my server was great. Food gets a 2 because the fries & rice were good, other than that I feel it’s pretty self explanatory. Also, my fiances steak was dryer than the desert. Ts took about 3 solid minutes of chewing before you could choke it down. Overall, pretty disappointed the more I think about how the manager could’ve easily handled it to actually make it seem like she cared. (By the way, the server told us the kitchen manager was actually back there, so that’s clearly a concern if this is happening with them there).

Also weird how most of the time, absolutely any negative reviews receive no feedback, but most of the 5 star reviews do. Not sure if it’s even a manager thing that they act like they don’t care, but it seems like an owner thing as well.

This place the food was horrible, no flavor and not hot pick up! It was soo disappointment 😞 I wish could get my money back! Given wrong sides and asked med on 4 steak dinners! It was for a surprise 😮 ! This garbage 🗑 food ruined 😒 the day! Very upsetting 😡 waste money and time! I can not recommend this place to anyone! Never again will order from this place!

went to pick up a very small order on my 30min lunch break. not thinking i didn’t check my order hoping they had remembered everything come to find half my order was missing and it was only 2 items plus the soda tastes like it went out. very disappointing.

Drink Mountain Dew

Steak was good and baked potato. I wonder if they have a shortage of bacon bits and cheese because we hardly got any. Rolls are alot smaller.Makes it hard to re order food here.
