I think waking up in the morning people should be greeted politely by people that actually want to work or at least be in a good mood. The cashier was polite, but the manager seemed like he was in a bad mood. I didn’t want to be there. It just ruins the experience.

I spoke to an employee regarding the fact I did not get my full order. She said and I quote, “I just work here. There is nothing I can do for you because I just got here at 12, I wasn’t involved in that order” I asked to speak with the person that made my order so she could in fact hit the “refund” button so I could get my money back for the two chicken noodle soups and the 20pk of Timbits I did not receive” she told me I couldn’t because that employee left when she got there… I ordered it after noon so…. Hmmm. She hung up on me after the other employee in the background told her to. Very unprofessional. All I was asking for was to be refunded for the items I did not receive and for the soup she said that wasn’t offered at that store for “two years now”, even though the website for this location states it does. Very disappointing. Please do better Tim Hortons. : (

Line was slow. Get to front told out of bacon. Ordered two breakfast muffins nothing else. Sat at window for 10 mins, told to pull up front. 30 minutes for two breakfast muffins. After waiting in line.

I received a coffee that tasted like something foreign was in it I went back the next morning and all they cared was that I didn’t call but yet i had proof of transaction and the nasty coffee. Not even a sorry, the employees were laughing about it, like really do better! This is why I go to starbucks and your location is dead.

Stopped to get a taste of my own country Canada. Unfortunately, the steel bagel and milk that was given to me as supposedly coffee was not pleasant. I may have only spent a couple dollars, But I wasn’t expecting to not have breakfast this morning.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through to pick it up. They proceeded to tell me they were out of almost everything and could not make my order, so I told them to cancel it and left. I noticed days later on my bank statement that they charged me for the food the order they never made. I called the store and talked to a Rachel who was very rude and dismissive and told me I should have cancelled the order through the app and there was nothing she could do on her end. She told me she did me a favor by not giving me my order that day because everything had mold on it and they had to throw it out. I then called corporate and they quickly resolved the issue and gave me a refund. But I will never go back to Tim Hortons, especially the one on Brandt Pike.
