I’ve never seen it open. Doors are locked 3:30-4 pm tried several times
I received a coffee that tasted like something foreign was in it I went back the next morning and all they cared was that I didn’t call but yet i had proof of transaction and the nasty coffee. Not even a sorry, the employees were laughing about it, like really do better! This is why I go to starbucks and your location is dead.

Stopped to get a taste of my own country Canada. Unfortunately, the steel bagel and milk that was given to me as supposedly coffee was not pleasant. I may have only spent a couple dollars, But I wasn’t expecting to not have breakfast this morning.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through to pick it up. They proceeded to tell me they were out of almost everything and could not make my order, so I told them to cancel it and left. I noticed days later on my bank statement that they charged me for the food the order they never made. I called the store and talked to a Rachel who was very rude and dismissive and told me I should have cancelled the order through the app and there was nothing she could do on her end. She told me she did me a favor by not giving me my order that day because everything had mold on it and they had to throw it out. I then called corporate and they quickly resolved the issue and gave me a refund. But I will never go back to Tim Hortons, especially the one on Brandt Pike.

We went in on a whim and got some delicious baked goodies and hot drinks. Service was smooth and friendly. The atmosphere was very easy going enough to allow us to sit down relax and enjoy the goodies. ?

I personally visit this location often and all I can say is this is the fastest and best tim hortons out there ! They are super fast morning service I'm not joking their average wait time has to be 20 seconds or less. I'm disappointed to see recent bad reviews because I have had nothing but an excellent experience here!!

I waited over a half hour for a pick up mobile order. The store was out of the majority of our food items (it was 11 AM). I was then told that I needed to wait in line like everyone else to get my food. Absolutely horrible management and customer service was nonexistent. Save your time, money, and sanity.

Went through the drive thru on September 10th, 2024. Ordered 7 drinks, got to the window and only received 5. Told the lady that we were missing 2 drinks, a sweet tea and a milk. Claims they didn't charge me for them (no receipt, with cash). So I paid for them, bring the drinks to work and the sweet tea is unsweet. Called the store, took seven calls to get them to answer. I asked for a manager, she claimed to be the manager, immediately started say she didn't hear all of the order, so I asked about after I paid the second order and the tea being wrong. She said she just made what was put in the system. Not once offered to replace the drink or apologize about the problems. I told her I would just call corporate and she laugheded and said that corporate wouldn't help me because they are a franchise. About time word of mouth suits down another bad business. I will still call corporate, if they get enough complaints, corporate can take the franchise back. Corporate number is 1-888-601-1616 if anyone needs it. I will not be returning to this particular location. I work way to hard to just give my money away for the wrong things.
