The iced cappuccino was made properly, something more than a few Horton stores have trouble doing.The cappuccino pricing is creeping higher and higher, though, for a relatively low cost and minimal labor product.

Popped in here in between my kids basketball games last week. Wife and I ordered the redbull refreshers. Very disappointing. Terrible value. Tasted like cleaning supplies. My kids shared some Tim bits, they were perfect as usual. The most disappointing part of the visit was the service. People behind the counter very short with my wife and I. Almost had an attitude that we were there. I won’t be back.

So bad not even sure. Got me a sausage and egg biscuit combo, let me tell you it's no biscuit it's more like a croissant so they lied to you about that and then the potato hash brown with soggy nasty nasty tasting and the coffee is not much better. And another thing they don't sell blueberry donuts. So the bottom line is I wasted my time and money before work to get something that wasn't even edible and it was also not very hot none of it. And I stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes before anybody came over.

It was my frist visit over there. me and my friend park m truck mile away for coffee ..i order french vanilla but the lady give me something else , and when i ask her this is not the one i ask for. she been so rude and give me prosaic reason. Service was miserable…

so bad experience with a roxy , so bad service not good behavior with us . she didn’t. give us any kind of coffe recommendation. my friends they never wanna come here anymore thanks
I've come here multiple times but everytime they never get it right. I have tried ordering oreo and mocha but they never give me that it's always caramel I shouldn't pay for something I don't receive. I'm done trying this place. Never again.

Stood at the counter for 5 min to order. I had 2 people look at me and not one said hello or came to take my order. Left without ordering. Oh and both employees watched me leave while one was still on her phone.

Picked up tim bits & coffee canister. I don't have tim hortons in Wisconsin. Glad I could stock up . And your canister is $9 cheaper than Amazon right

What I want to know is, does this location ever get a coffee order right? I just moved to town and have tried 3 times now and everytime my order is wrong. It's not that it's made wrong or not to my liking, but instead it's completely different from what I ordered (aka I got a black coffee instead of an oat milk caramel latte)
