I’m allergic to milk. Asked for no cheese. Says no cheese on the ticket and the receipt. Why is there hella cheese in my shit

The wait at the drive thru was a half hour. I'm handicapped and had my dog with me, so I couldn't go in. I won't go back there and nobody else should. At $7 for a smoothie, you should expect to be treated decently.

They always have the best smoothies and best customer service. Everyone is always so friendly and the smoothies are always perfect.

Smoothie was chunky.

One of the few chain restaurants I'll visit on my travels for work. My go-to is a detox island green smoothie with extra ginger, acai bowl, chicken flatbread or southwest breakfast wrap with sausage. Great service.

Ordered a peanut butter apple smoothie, cashier says no one is going to be able to make it, and then there was no button on the register for it, I just got one 3 days ago. Last time here, I ordered a smoothie and forgot to tell them no sweetener and the girl said it was to late. Poor customer service

Good drinks good service

This place used to have great overall service, now they seem clueless 🤔 Plenty of staff but nothing is produced no orders came out, all the customers were just watching in confusion they don’t have simple customer service skills like greeting the customer or sharing I will be right with you.. the drive way is wrap around the building because they mix up tickets and messed up the order I watched 4 ppl bring food back because it was wrong it’s bad management and clearly no operations training they brought this location down I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I walked in and no one waited on me at first. They saw me standing there waiting to order and took their sweet time to help me. I wasn't greeted at all. When someone finally came over she wasn't friendly at all. The guy fixing my food was extremely slow. And he was doing gross stuff in the kitchen with the food. Disgusting. I started to ask for A refund and go somewhere else. I wasted my husband's money and I will most likely throw away the food. Nasty worker. I should have asked for names and reported the entire situation

I gave a five star for the service I received today because the woman who was in the drive thru today was amazing! She gave the best experience at this location. But I have to say that I quit going to this location all together because of the owner! I got tired of getting rude service and couldn’t stand watching how the owner spoke to her employees!!! No wonder they change employees all the time! Who would want to be treated the way she treats them? My family used to go often until every time we went we’d hear how she not only talks to the employees but also customers. I’m glad that today’s experience was wonderful! Whoever was working the drive thru around 1130am today was so sweet, kind and just a joy to interact with. Maybe if the owner stops working in the store we’d have more interactions like the one today!!!
