Have given this location several chances to serve a edible meal . Breakfast lunch or dinner they continue to serve crap . mess the orders up . This has been a problem for awhile at this location. We are Done .

Drive thru ...ordered a chicken pecan salad extra dressing. Got home...no dressing. Just aggravating...everyone makes mistakes ..but damn. That salad is nothing without the dressing... That's why I stopped there and ordered it.

Very bad service the staff seem like they are a bunch of junkies and I understand about recovery but they shouldn't be working there the service is very bad look behind the counter and the floor is very dirty they take a long time to take your order just bad service all around

Took 10 minutes to order, then waited another 20 minutes when we were the only ones at the window to get our food and drinks. Forgot 2 of our fries and gave a 4 piece nugget instead of a 6 piece nugget.

Food is always good and staff is friendly but they are never prepared the wait is always long. They server breakfast but had no biscuits ready said 5 min wait , I go back in 30 minutes then they had no eggs and waited 15 to 20 minutes. Came on another day and they had no coffee and said it would be a 2.5 minute wait and it took over 10 minutes and still didn’t get my coffee😡 I ended up leaving with a cold sandwich and no refund for the coffee. The place is not busy in the mornings the morning not sure why this always happens here.

Wait 15 minutes to order, order a Baconator. 10 minutes later I'm handed a jr cheeseburger with ketchup and 2 pieces of bacon on it and told that was a Baconator. After requesting for my money back several times and being told they can't refund me, I was given my money back. Line worker said she didn't know about any of that she only makes burgers.....isn't a Baconator a burger?

Just left the drive thru 12/5/2024 at 0925 pm. Ordered and paid for a double with cheese combo . Received a single that was cold with unmelted cheese couple with fries that were solid brown and over salted but was also cold. No wait in the drive thru line. Called the number on the receipt and it is out of order and no longer in service. No excuse for this .
