Have driven through many times for meals on our way to events. Service has always been a struggle at this location. They seem to be short of help and there is more than a normal wait for food. This time the man at the drive through was very rude- curt responses to basic questions and sent every car in line to park and wait for their food with no explanation. After waiting 10 minutes, sandwiches were hot and well prepared but all 4 fry orders cold and limp. We won't be back for a while!

Now I remember why I don't go to this Wendy's. I ordered a single with cheese, just left and the burger is under cooked. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately this review will not allow me to post pictures. I would have loved to share them. Please cook your burgers a little longer before someone gets sick!!

This Wendy's is never fast and the food is never fresh. They will more than likely get your order wrong. I have been there multiple times and there is always something wrong. If you are craving Wendy's skip this one and drive to the next one. You will get your food faster than waiting at this Wendy's.

Not like Wendy's reads the reviews or cares but the sandwich wasn't made right AGAIN how hard is cheese and ketchup only can't even put crackers with chili happens all the time when chili is ordered even asking if we want crackers lol then wait over 10 minutes for a meal then another 7 minutes for tenders this place is awful go to tipp city or Fairborn you'll get better food and better service I hate leaving these but its time to say something I love Wendy's but this location has got worse and worse since I was a kid after almost 30 years time to overhaul this place honestly

this is genuinely the worst wendy's i have ever dealt with. every single time i order, it is wrong. without fail. i am so sick and tired of the rudeness of the employees on top of how badly the food is made every single time. don't waste your time going here, just go to one in huber or fairborn

Just off the highway in Medway. Good grilled chicken wrap. Fresh and tasty.! Polite workers. No complaints. I'll stop by again.

How do you spell my name wrong? Well, ask the lady behind the counter at this Wendy’s location. For that I need to give this place a solid 2 stars in service the food and atmosphere are about average for Wendy’s but the JBC biggie bag had a burger that was ice cold. this location is considerably cleaner than the last Wendy’s I reviewed, so points go to it there. The bathrooms are slightly dirty but I have used worse. They are out of paper towels in the dispenser. Overall, I would say about a three star experience.

Was waiting over 40 minutes for my breakfast . Then they only brought out half of my order another wait. Grrr then the manager came out with my rest of my order. She was giving me a run around I could only make 3 eggs at a time . Bs.
