Our pizza was burnt after waiting quite a while. Waitress was sweet and did what she could. Service and atmosphere were great, just wish the food matched. Could possibly give it another try. Couple we went with enjoyed theirs. Maybe just a fluke. Salads looked great.

I was very disappointed.. it took them 30 minutes to seat us after we received the text that our table was ready. Once they sat us down it took another 30 minutes for someone to take our order. The waiter apologized because it wasn’t even his station. Apparently the waitress did not feel like taking our order maybe because of our ethnicity that is how it felt like. The gentleman was super nice. He did his best, even down to the bartender not doing our drink order which eventually the waiter had to step in. The food was very bland no flavor..

Called a few times to order takeout, they just do not pick up the phone. Had to go there in person to order and then wait for half an hour. Got the food home, calamari was cold, hard and smelled stale. Pizza is alright. Staff needs training (I’ve dined in and gotten pastries at the counter and each time felt like an imposition being there).

Best meatballs ever! My favorite is the classic with the garlic cream sauce. The fresh bread is fabulous. All the pizzas and salads are excellent. I've never had less than a 5-star meal here.
The staff are very friendly.
Prices are honestly kind of low, especially for Hudson.
There are always open tables, i've never needed to make reservations. The patio is cute during summer months.
The restrooms are very nice and clean. (This is a HUGE deal to me!)

Went to 3 Palms and honestly, I thought I was just getting some solid food… but then James and his crew (shoutout to Kickflip & Ahmahr) turned it into a whole experience. James handled everything like he was auditioning for “Hudson’s Next Top Gentleman” — smooth, quick, and with just enough charm to make me wonder if I should tip him in cash or my number.
Kickflip and Ahmahr kept the whole operation running so flawlessly that I’m half-convinced they’ve been training in some kind of secret hospitality dojo. Between the food, the vibes, and James making eye contact like he knows he’s the main character — yeah, let’s just say I’ll definitely be back.
If you want great food served with just a dash of “are they flirting with me, or am I imagining this?” energy, this is your spot.

This is a full service bar, pizzeria and ice cream shoppe with dessert 🍨. The pizzas were medium sized (averaging about $19/ 6 to 8 slices), a little greasy with a thin NY style crust and very tasty. The cucumber lemon cocktail was okay for $10. Two mixed drinks including the Salty Dog were $13 each.
