Great food, great service, locally owned several vegetarian choices.
Crazy enough I've never actually been inside as we always get take out and I'm never the one to pick up BUT the food is fantastic! I'm particular to the hummus with the spicy sauce. Everything I've eaten from there is delicious!
I grew up in Hudson, and Aladdin’s has always been one of those reliable spots I enjoyed coming back to over the years. This particular location has consistently offered good food with dependable quality, which is why I was a little caught off guard during my most recent visit. I ordered the shistawook pita roll, something I’ve had before, but this time it felt noticeably different. The pita had almost no sauce at all, leaving it quite dry and a bit challenging to eat. It wasn’t inedible—I did finish it—but it wasn’t up to the standard I’ve come to expect.
I didn’t mention it to the staff at the time because I felt a little bad. Our server was a younger girl, and it seemed like she may have been new to the job. I understand how overwhelming that can feel. That said, there were some areas that could definitely benefit from improvement. For example, we had to specifically ask for silverware, napkins, and even the waters we had ordered, which still hadn’t arrived by the time our entrees were brought to the table.
My suggestion would be for management to spend a little extra time reviewing training with new staff members so expectations and consistency are clear. It may also be worth double-checking recipe guidelines to ensure the pita rolls have the right balance of ingredients. Overall, I’m confident this was more of a one-off situation than the norm. It won’t stop me from coming back, but I do hope to see the experience return to its usual standard next time.

Authentic. Extensive menu choices - even someone who is not hip on Mediterranean Cuisine will find a deeeeelicious option. The hummus is perfect. Pita bread is authentic: thin, light, warm. Must try the fried cauliflower! Definitely not your mom's boiled tasteless veggie!

This is my first experience with this location. The cauliflower was brown and there was hardly any pesto hummus on the chicken pesto pizza I ordered, so it was pretty bland. This was the worst food I've ever gotten from Aladdin's, and I have been to multiple locations several times. Even the Cleveland Clinic location gets it right!

Aladdin's is an absolute staple. Sometimes I order it two days in a row. It is the only thing that is not unhealthy but also just as satisfying as an unhealthy option. The cauliflower is some sort of black magic, it's so good and I can't ever get cauliflower to taste that good. Wraps are all great, I have had every one. Kids pita pizza is also an excellent snack to add on to your order.

Easily the worst halal I’ve ever eaten in my life. My falafel was dry as a desert. Both the building and my meal were cold, clinical, and soulless.

Our favorite Middle Eastern
( Lebanese) restaurant.
The menu is so full of delicious food it's hard to make a choice.
It always amuses me that the menu extols the virtues of its healthy food, while the dessert cooler greets you at the door with delicious, decadent, fat loaded choices.
Since we were definitely getting dessert, we ordered beef kafta rolls.
It comes with a lemon tahini dressing, which my husband passed on. I chose the garlic sauce instead, which is definitely the way to go. They are over 8 inches long. Served fresh and hot.
I drank the brewed mint tea with honey.
For dessert my husband chose the Oreo Cheesecake and my choice was the Grandma's Chocolate Layer Cake
( three layers, amazing dark chocolate cream frosting).

My wife and I have eaten at many Aladdin’s. We’ve never had a bad meal at any of them but this one in Hudson far exceeded our expectations.
Although short staffed you would not have known it. The service was exceptional. The food was amazing. The Hummus is the best. I ordered a craft beer and about fell off my chair when I saw it was only $4. It’s 6 to 8 anywhere else.
If you’re in the Hudson area give them a try you won’t regret it.
