I grew up in Hudson, and Aladdin’s has always been one of those reliable spots I enjoyed coming back to over the years. This particular location has consistently offered good food with dependable quality, which is why I was a little caught off guard during my most recent visit. Authentic. Extensive menu choices - even someone who is not hip on Mediterranean Cuisine will find a deeeeelicious option. The hummus is perfect. Pita bread is authentic: thin, light, warm. Must try the fried cauliflower! Definitely not your mom's boiled tasteless veggie!
