The service both service and management staff are awful. They are not helpful with correcting orders or making you feel comfortable in their establishment. Although the food was really just ok and I could see perhaps trying a different location I would never spend money in the Hudson location again. So disrespectful… and terribly disappointing.

First time there. Got seated in the middle of the restaurant. Only 3 other people in there. I sit for over 5 mins waiting for someone to take my drink order, while all the employees stood there and talked, staring at me. I walked out.

I want to start this review off by saying our wait staff was fantastic and very empathetic. And in no way is this review a reflection on them.
Submitted our order, waited at least 25-30 minutes for our order to arrive. Immediately I noticed my portion of the order was incorrect. I simply mentioned to the wait staff this issue, things happen, not a big deal. Even acknowledged the order was not accurate to what I wrote down (build your own tacos). Wait staff took the order into the kitchen to get them remade.
The manager comes back out of the kitchen with my original incorrect order and says “it would take another 15 minutes to remake the meal, cooking the chicken. Or I can give you your original order (the incorrect one that they created).
The arrogance of the manager is what rubbed me the wrong way, to ask me to accept my meal being made incorrectly when even the waitstaff agreed that the options selected were not on my order due to their own fault. And without them willing to prepare the meal in a more timely fashion when my lunch guest was already 50% done with his meal and on a schedule. Especially when the restaurant was not busy and no way “in a rush”
I was very much looking forward to eating here as I am in town for business, but I will know for next time where not to come.
If I knew the wait staff’s name, I would include a massive praise here as their service was top notch!

We had a wonderful experience at Barrio! Our waitress, Lyssi, was so kind and attentive—she made sure our drinks were always full and checked in often. The food was excellent: the taco meat was seasoned perfectly, and the tacos were overflowing with meat. The chips came out hot and fresh, and the salsa was bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and everyone we encountered was so friendly. We’ll definitely be going back!

First the menu and prices of the items wasn't told properly. 4 people cost $153.00.for 14 tacos, no alcohol just pop. Never again wasted my money for that . Thanks for wasting my money!!!

What a disappointment this place is , we waited at least 15 min for our drinks which were waters and a coke. Which the waitress only brought waters . My husband waited about 20 min before his coke arrived and I had to ask twice. The restaurant was not busy . The waitress seemed pretty unhappy to be serving us. It’s like why come to work if you’re gonna be pissed off. The experience was awful. The service was awful . After we got our drinks , that took forever . She never explained anything to us . She wasn’t friendly . The food was horrible, what a waste of money . My kids didn’t even eat their food , it was too salty . They didn’t get the order correct , tasted very dry , slopped with a bunch of stuff . She never asked how our food was . Or anything , it was like we were having to wave her down every time . It was Sunday and slow . The whole experience was like a joke . Don’t eat their food, it’s fake , it didn’t taste like anything but salty and blend . I used to really love this place. This place needs to get it together. New servers that actually want to serve and new management that actually cares about their customers and their well being . The food your serving is a health hazard. If your going to serve low grade food that make your customers sick , then you shouldn’t be charging high prices. The whole experience of this place was horrible . Save yourself and think before you go to this place . From service to the food if I could grade this place . It would get an F , and would be shut down until they improved. So sad.

The music is obnoxious and unbearably loud. It is loud inside and they have speakers outside, ruining the atmosphere of the restaurant next door’s patio. This is on a Sunday afternoon. We left before we could order any food. The manager needs to rethink their approach to creating a welcoming atmosphere.
