There was a wait to get a table which is typical of barrio but it didn’t seem bad. We were seated in the bar area and had to wait a little for our server (Dylan) to come but he was working the bar and quite a few other tables. Once we did get service he was super nice and made sure we got the drinks we wanted quickly and that they were refilled. Barrio Tacos in Hudson - the food is definitely worth the hype. However, the wait was something else! We sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before even anyone came over to us. The place was pretty lively, but the service felt a bit chaotic.
Once we finally got our food, though, it was delicious. The tacos were packed with flavor, and the margaritas were a refreshing treat. Prices were pretty reasonable for the quality.

tl/dr: Not great service at the high top tables in the bar. We’ve been Barrio fans for several years and I was so excited that a location was opening just down the street from me instead of going to the Kent location. Food was great, although it did take 45 minutes to get tacos at 7 pm on a Tuesday night. The main problem has been the service.
