I was told 4 minute wait for chicken. I waited 12 minutes and received 3 tiny chucks of chicken in each taco. Worst service ever. No apology for the wait. No offer of a beverage while I waited. Terrible customer service.

Last two times we've ordered from here, the meat is pretty burnt, and our bowls are a little light. Today unfortunately my fiancé's order of chips was not included in our to-go bag. I should've double checked that the order sticker matched the contents of the bag, but he was bummed out. The employees here are mostly friendly and pleasant; occasionally not so much. Chipotle is delicious, but this location has been going noticeably downhill.

I’ve been to this Chipotle three times in the past 6months and every time I’ve gone every table is filthy, garbage cans overflowing and the floor is trashed. I’ve had to ask all 3 times for someone to at least wipe a table off. Just disgusting, where is the manager and why does he not see this disaster and assign.

Take-out service was terrible. Ordered two bowls and they both were made at the correct time but sat on counter for 10 minutes. Cold to the touch when finally bagged and given to me. Asked for them to be remade but was refused. When I actually ate my cold chicken bowl there were about 5 pieces of chicken. Won't be getting take-out from here again.

Tonite is my last night at this location? I drove 20 minutes to come here I arrived at 10:05pm on December 19th i was not greeted by one employee I had to Waite five minutes for a man to finish cleaning just for him to tell me they don’t have any more white rice, no chicken and not burnt overcooked steak. What a waste of time. I truly hope this location closes soon it’s ran terribly and most of the workers here lack customer service skills

I just changed my post from 5 to 3, why? Today 12.7.25 arround 2:30pm I received probably half of my stake bowl to go. Lady was so stingy with every ingredients of my bowl and I was embarrassed to ask to put normal amount every time. Luckily, food is still tasty, not like in some other places

Are you kidding me? I ordered three crispy tacos, got home, opened the container and this is what I find. To say that the tacos contained traces of ingredients would be generous. Chipotle, is this the new normal for your serving sizes? If so, I won't come back. Not for what it costs.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. My Chipotle bowl was barely half full — it looked like someone just forgot to finish making it. If I’m only going to get half a bowl, why am I paying full price? For what this costs, I expect a properly filled bowl, not something that’s missing half the food. We came for our preschool fundraiser where Chipotle gives 25%. No one in line in front of me and waited a while before any staff acknowledged me. I admittedly came early but had to stand around for 12 minutes after they got our order done just to get the credit. Ordered 3 bowls & 1 burrito that were skimpy and barely 1/2 full. Asked for Chimichurri on the side but received nothing. Terrible customer service.
