Disappointing experience at this location. They were only fulfilling online pickup orders today. I ordered 4 burritos, but none were labeled, so we had to open them to figure out which was which. On top of that, 3 of the 4 burritos had completely different ingredients than what was ordered. Very frustrating and disappointing dinner. I’d recommend going to another location instead.

Always under staffed. Multiple times note on the door saying online orders only. Submit on line and order has half the ingredients. Last 3 times I’ve stopped, organic drink station is empty or usually being cleaned. With hours left until close.

every time I do a pickup order there’s hardly anything in the bowls, i’m paying $10 for a half ass meal. this is terrible.

The absolute worst Chipotle in the area. Whoever is working the day crew today does not deserve to have a job. Everything is flavorless and I didn't get five of the ingredients I was supposed to get in my burrito ( pinto beans, Fajita veggies , Verde salsa , Cheese , And quest which I paid extra for ) and instead I got things that I cannot eat on it instead. Completely saturated my meal in sour cream, which I did not order.

Things are not even sprinkled on the burrito. Horrible. Whoever is managing that place deserves a swift demotion and a whole new staff.

Online order was lost, so they had to make it on the spot (food was grear as usual). They were out of napkins. Bathroom was dirty and out of TP and paper towels. The tables in the dining area were all dirty, though the restaurant was mostly empty with no one in line. This location is just poorly managed.

The rice in my bowl was literally as hard as a rock. I don’t know how they possibly could’ve thought it was cooked. I can’t even eat my bowl because every time I bite into it I just keep getting hard grains of rice. Dealing with their customer service is a joke. I just kept being told over chat they would tell the store and it wouldn’t happen again. How about giving me a refund for the horrible food you gave me?
