This is the THIRD time I ate here, and had more hair in my bowl than rice. Literally crazy. And not only that, they’re always out of food, even at 6:30??? Aren’t you open till 10-10:30??? How do you not do your job! Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too and it’s not even close.

They can’t get orders correct, majority of the time my order is wrong. Today ordered steak and brisket bowl, only received the steak. Another common thing at this location is soda machine or ice machine is not working. You can do better

I love chipotle and the only issue that I usually have with them is the portion sizes vary at times. But today I was charged for guac and never given any. Extremely frustrating.

this place is j straight dog poop ngl. portion sizes small asl chips either rock hard or squishier than the rice. never have half the meat and easily the worst chipotle i been to. i drive 10 mins out the way just to go to a diff chipotle. plus the aura is off

This was my order. But I got no black beans and no pinto beans. No balance on green and red sauce.
This was my second order from this place. First time also was like this, don’t get your food from this place. Rice is uncooked you can feel the hardness while chewing it.
The people make this place special. Food is always 10/10 but my brother makes the best bowls and it’s because he cares!

Not sure what is going on with this Chipotle, but the last few months it seems to have really gone down hill! New management? The past few experiences have been way less than stellar. Out of a lot of items (guacamole, lettuce, and forks of all things). Ran out of chips and steak last time I was in. A handful of the fountain drinks were "out of order". Mind you, this was at 6pm, prime dinner time. Would be one thing if it was right before close. On top of that, it was dirty, not a clean table to be had. Another guy in line said he waited 20+ minutes past when his order was supposed to be ready last time he was in, and had to come back in because they didn't have his chips in the order only to find out....ooops we are out of chips. Told to come back for free guacamole and chips on his next visit. Nope, out of guacamole this time around. What is going on with this place. Used to be my "go to" for Chipotle! Not anymore! It appears there have been a lot of 1 star reviews as of late. Used to be a 4+ star! The no forks is what put me over the edge. Ha!

The dirtiest chipotle I have ever seen, The staff was professional but not enthusiastic. The service was average, and the gentleman that served my food was very plain and non engaging. The place looked as if thousands of people had just left, the floors were extremely dirty, the glass all around the dining room were so dirty and had food on them. The tables were sticky, and I was able to see streaks of the cleaning cloth on them. Trash cans were left in the middle of the way by the entrance, I believe, without plastic bags. Judging by their dining room and their food service area, I was afraid of what I would find in their restrooms, so I skipped the bathroom. To whoever the GM is at this location, you have to do better, Sir.
