“I have always loved coming here. I typically meet my cousin here before work on Tuesdays. This time we met at lunchtime.... the atmosphere is wonderful. And the service is impeccable. One of the baristas was passing samples of one of their signature drinks, it was the frozen gingerbread Chai latte. It was beautiful it tasted divine! I will have to order it next time. Thanks for a great time!! I highly recommend Crimson Cup.“

“Be still my heart! We loved Heartwood!! While visiting the area to camp in Cuyahoga, we fell in love with this coffee shop. We went every day for five days! The service was flawless, even when they were super busy. We got pastries and each day they were fresh and tasty. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte and it was heavenly. We wish yall were in Cincinnati! Can’t wait to come back one day.“
