Hannah and Ashley are wonderful. We did very large Coldstone purchases (caramel apples) as gifts and they were exceptional at helping us (and also so sweet). We will be back. Highly recommend!

I just left and I have to say I've never experienced such terrible customer service here. There were four girls working. One of which seemed to be doing something and the other three who stood around talking. Then by the time they took my order all four of them kept pausing because they were trying to put together a trade order for the bubble tea place next door. That and just simply gossiping with each other. The girl from the tea place came in behind me and asked if they wanted to trade and they stopped what they were doing with my order and went to take hers and then come up with their own while standing there with my ice cream sitting on the slab. This continued even during checkout as they're typing the two things up and stopping to talk to each other. I get that they're teenagers. I do. But do your job. That was ridiculous. I actually was at the point where I was wondering if my ice cream was melting. I got a quart and a medium single serve and I waited to order the medium single serve because they were taking so long I thought that would truly melt before the quart. They had no problem reminding me to tip though. If my kid works like this she wouldn't have a job

This was my first time to a Stone Cold Creamery and also my last The ice cream comes with one free "add in.". So I got strawberries which are literally mashed into the ice cream. I got strawberries. The strawberries were frozen and disgusting. It was really a waste and a mess to eat the ice cream surrounding the frozen strawberries. Plus, the ice cream (half strawberry and half chocolate) was bland. Expensive and a waste of money. Hudson needs a Mitchell's ice cream so people in that area know what excellent ice cream tastes like.

Employees were friendly enough, however, the shakes were not good. They were basically like flavored milk. They were super liquidy. Normally it’s a thicker shake And you can taste the chunky mix ins. $16 wasted

Just a heads up, they close at 9:30pm, not 10pm as indicated on Google. But the employees were very nice and apologized when I attempted to open the door at 9:40pm and pointed to the paper sign of their hours. Just a bit of a disappointment after I’ve been looking forward to Cold Stone all day.

I want to start off by saying that the employees seemed nice and attentive. We were greeted when we walked in and were taken care of quickly. The complaints I have are about prices and the store’s condition. It was pretty dirty, and our shoes stuck to the floor badly everywhere we stepped. The ceiling fans are placed over the lights which make the most awful strobe effect. The prices are outrageous. I paid over $1 for one Oreo! It was $14 for two small cups of very basic ice cream. Won’t be returning. Hopefully the employees are treated well and paid well, because working there can’t be all that pleasant.

This company at all NEO locations breaks minor labor laws DAILY. They treat staff poorly, overwork their staff and only pay them $7 an hour! The staff relies souly on customers tips for decent pay!!! Do NOT support this business!!!!

Bought 6 caramel apples from Rocky Mountain Chocolate company inside the Coldstone Creamery in Hudson, OH and 3 of them were rotten inside. Attached is a photo of one of the apples the very same day I brought it home. These apples are not cheap, so paying $10 for a rotten apple is quite the letdown, especially when you give said apple to someone else as a gift and they share with you that it's rotten. Very disappointing.

Great ice cream. It is in my top 3 ice cream places in the area.

After a handful of times in this store, I have always noticed that I do not like the smell. That is a big turn off when you walk in and smell some type of cleaning supplies instead of dessert. The ice cream is very overpriced as well! My daughter actually threw over half her cone away, which does not usually happen. I think the birthday cake remix was just too sweet for her liking.

Have had the ice cream here several times. Would stop by if I had lunch in the area.
