Unorganized, lazy and lacking on the company’s mission. Waited two hours for an order just for it to be cancelled. In desperate need of new management. Place is filthy and a hazard to all those who order. Avoid avoid avoid. Go to another Donatos if you want good service and safe handling of food.

Ordered a large mariachi chicken thin crust pizza, picked it up went home to eat it was good but there was no chicken on it, so I guess I'm a vegan now

Went in for pickup, Was asked for my name and gave it to the person in question. Then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes. Another employee came to check on me eventually and told me that the person who originally asked me was the delivery driver and he had just taken off after asking me. The second employee was very apologetic and kind. The food is in my opinion very mediocre. The crust lacks any sort of flavor. And boy do they love overloading everything in sauce. That sauce is a very acidic sauce, though I won't knock them because I prefer sweeter sauce. I only had it because my wife likes them, otherwise they just ain't my preference.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni. Honestly the worst pizza I have had in a long time - no flavor whatsoever and dripping in sauce.

Food was terrible. Marinara sauce was spoiled, it exploded sitting on the kitchen table. Sickening feeling wondering what else was bad after eating one piece. No wonder the employee gave them to us for free. There’s a reason this location is always dead. Buyers Beware!
I've never had a bad experience here. Pizza, subs, etc. They are consistent with anything we order. Always hot, tasty and just the way I ordered. Polite, good customer service. Even if they're busy, someone always acknowledges you right

Upon arrival, we weren't greeted by any staff members and noticed a sign instructing us to seat ourselves, which we did. Despite waiting for 15 minutes, nobody approached us to take our order. I eventually headed to the takeout window to inquire, and was assured someone would assist us shortly. After an additional 5-minute wait, our order was finally taken. However, our server did not check on us past this point. I found myself returning to the takeout window to request a refill, a box for our leftover pizza, and to settle the bill.

Was there to get a Delivery {along with 5 other, separate Dashers} & one of the Dashers was there foe 2 orders & had been waiting over an hour & a half & all watched a female worker hit herself in the side of the head while her head was bowed & between her hands & then periodically would look up with EYES BUGGED OUT WIDE & start hitting herself on the side of the head. We dropped the order after 20 minutes of watching & waiting. And YES, the other Staff saw this as well!!!
