Ordered it over the weekend. Haven't had it in a long time very delicious but they did mess up my pizza. Contacted the manager Joe. Absolutely amazing. He took care of me and I ordered another pizza this weekend. Mariachi Pizza beef or chicken is a must try. Really haven't tried anything else. By mistake it was a margarita pizza that reminded me of cheese sticks with tomatoes on it. Thanks Liz 😁

The pizza is delicious with a generous amount of toppings. One of the few pizza places that actually puts enough sauce on the pizza so it is not overpowered by the cheese. I would recommend Donatos Pizza for a great pizza experience!

This is such a waste of real estate, it's a decent space that could be a good restaurant. Instead the atmosphere is weird, dead quiet and empty. It's like a pizza looking fast food place. I assume they are able to pay rent because a lot of people order, which is unfortunate because it's a waste of a restaurant. They should just have a delivery-only kitchen and deliver to everyone who thinks their pizza is edible, they would make the same amount of money with much lower overhead. Then a real restaurant could open there. Speaking of the pizza, it's terrible. Like frozen/fast food pizza. Zeppe's is better two feet away, and Luca's is the best pizza in the region and is in delivery range.

Our first time to order from Donado's & we decided to pick up instead of eating there. I didn't realize when I ordered the special I was getting a thin crust pizza. We prefer hand tossed but that was my mistake. Thin crust was tasty but not as filling. We loved that they gave plates & accessories with the order. Bread sticks were delicious. Next time I would like to eat there as the restaurant looks really nice inside.
Quick service for late night pizza. Finest thin crust is the play. Wings are small, get a lot.

Unorganized, lazy and lacking on the company’s mission. Waited two hours for an order just for it to be cancelled. In desperate need of new management. Place is filthy and a hazard to all those who order. Avoid avoid avoid. Go to another Donatos if you want good service and safe handling of food.

Ordered a large mariachi chicken thin crust pizza, picked it up went home to eat it was good but there was no chicken on it, so I guess I'm a vegan now

Went in for pickup, Was asked for my name and gave it to the person in question. Then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes. Another employee came to check on me eventually and told me that the person who originally asked me was the delivery driver and he had just taken off after asking me. The second employee was very apologetic and kind. The food is in my opinion very mediocre. The crust lacks any sort of flavor. And boy do they love overloading everything in sauce. That sauce is a very acidic sauce, though I won't knock them because I prefer sweeter sauce. I only had it because my wife likes them, otherwise they just ain't my preference.
