The prices were ok. Flavors were kind of subpar. Tried to order a caramel macchiato but was told they don’t have caramel which was weird as that’s usually a staple in coffee shops.

Be still my heart! We loved Heartwood!! While visiting the area to camp in Cuyahoga, we fell in love with this coffee shop. We went every day for five days! The service was flawless, even when they were super busy. We got pastries and each day they were fresh and tasty. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte and it was heavenly. We wish yall were in Cincinnati! Can’t wait to come back one day.

The coffee and drinks are good. The atmosphere is good a nice place to meet people. The pastries are average for this area. The biggest issue is the staff, while somewhat friendly, are just slow. They have no sense of urgency. There is a line out the door and they’re behind the counter chatting and don’t seem to understand that people are waiting. Fix that and you’ll get a five star rating.

First-class specialty shop. I thoroughly enjoyed my oat milk cortado and the freshly roasted beans we brought home. Highly recommend visiting early and often.

Me and my bff have been completing the drip drive. We had an iced macchiato and iced honey buzz and a chai molasses cookie. Everything was delicious. We dined in and everything was served in nice smoked glasses with sturdy paper straws. The decor was very antique and atmosphere was cutesy with an open air feel.

Yesterday I got a regular latte and it was great and out quickly! The man taking my order did talk heavy on religion and was a little off putting. Overall he made me feel a bit uncomfortable, however the people who made my coffee were very kind and welcoming!
