Hershey's of Hudson Ice Cream

I would give a zero if I could, I hate driving to places that claim to be open and it's CLOSED. I arrived at 7:20 sign on door says open till 8:30 not opened, such a disappointment.

Great selection, but super small portions.

Ice cream was decent, but menu of flavors was very much lacking. No idea of flavors, because they weren't posted.

Chocolates are better than the ice cream

Very disappointing experience.
We were happy to stop by for some ice cream, but the two women working there gave us unfriendly and unpleasant looks.

Good service should be for everyone.
We will not be coming back.

Unique and wide variety of flavors! Highly recommended! Friendly and nice staff! Glad we stopped.

We were served by a mom and her two young sons, too young to legally work. None of them were wearing gloves or aprons and did not wash their hands at any point. I watched the kids go from shuffling change to scooping ice cream without washing hands. The whole experience was completely unsanitary and depressing to have such young kids doing your work.

Lots of yummy flavors at a decent price. Nice place and great staff.

Ice cream was very good and there were a ton of options. We went later in the day and the dining area was very dirty. We were the only ones there.

We love stopping by Hershey’s in Hudson for a treat anytime we are nearby. Every flavor we’ve tried has been a hit!

The young lady who was working alone was friendly and efficient. The inside of the store was clean and well displayed.

It was a beautiful day, so we decided to sit outside in the small court yard. And what a big disappointment that was. While there were several tables, there were only 3 chairs total. Christmas lights still hung up, trash blowing everywhere. No garbage can anywhere on site.
Dirty tables, weeds, and blown mulch everywhere. Very run down and dirty looking.
It's quite surprising for any establishment, let alone here in Hudson. And I truly say that with zero snobbery. Just felt as if there was no pride involved in this place of business. I was very surprised there wasn't any kind of garbage receptacle of any kind outside. We had to go back into the store to throw away napkins and wrappers, but clearly, from everything strewn around, a lot of people didn't bother to do that.
Come on, Hersheys of Hudson, you can do better. No one wants to eat ice cream in their car. Especially with children involved.
