You guys need to prioritize door dash customers… if a DoorDash customer puts their order in before the other people that walk in that needs to be done first. Waited 20 minutes before my order was even started!!! And gosh these girls work so dang slow like they don’t even care….horrible service

I always enjoy Jersey Mike's. The employees seem to always be extraordinarily friendly. The subs are absolutely delicious every time, regardless of hot or cold style. Thanks for a nice lunch! :)

On my online order, I asked for no lettuce, no tomato, and rosemary parmesan bread.Sure enough... My sandwich had lettuce, tomato, and white bread.Mike's has had a very poor track record of following online orders accurately in my experience, and it is getting extremely frustrating. The order is right there, in writing, in front of you.There are a lot of good sandwich places out there, and this sort of thing can easily lead to me, and others, permanently electing those options instead. The food here is really good; don't let sloppy service lose you customers.

Great sub sandwich. Tasted close to what I used to have in NJ but... please put oil and vinegar on the bread. Pouring it on the sandwich is not the same. I visited another location and was super happy they put the oil and vinegar on the sub bread. I thought this was a given? Is every store different with how they prepare? If so I will make sure to ask to have o&v put on bread. Almost perfect. Thanks.
