Johnny's Diner has been on my list for a while but is a 30 minute drive for me so I finally stopped in for breakfast. It was worth the trip. The service was very good. They have specials on the board up front and the menu said to ask server for today's selection of homemade deserts. I am glad that I did ask as they had key lime pie. I rarely see it here in Ohio so I told me server that I would have that after my breakfast. The coffee was very good and was topped...
Food was not great but filling. Some of the breakfast food was overcooked and the hash browns had an odd color. As far as my chicken and waffle I honestly did not expect chicken tenders on top of a waffle but it worked and it was still good. Are waitress was fantastic in the environment was great I love the 50s style decor.
