We have been going to Lulus for years and have always loved their yogurt. Lots of flavor. Love the variety of toppings too. And you can get a little or a lot of everything. It’s a little expensive but very good!! And Hudson Green is a great place to eat it. Beautiful!!!

Meh. All the times I've been there staff was not present or hanging out with boyfriends. But I guess that's the help these days or in the off season. Don't look too closely at or in the nooks and crannies ? Needs updated and a good cleaning.

Most of the machines' drip trays needed a good cleaning. The price was higher than similar frozen yogurt shops.

A few evenings ago, I decided to take a journey to my favorite fro-yo joint in Northeast Ohio: Lulu's Yogurt With A Twist. I was yearning for a sweet treat after a long, hard day. The factor that attracts me to keep returning to this fine establishment is the pristine service and custard that instantly makes my day better. Usually I would not write a review for an average experience at Lulu's Yogurt With A Twist but I MUST address such circumstances from my delightful experience. I knew the custard alone was enough to make my day better but I was utterly flattered with the service I was met with. Some people are born to make others smile and I can tell you now the girl that served me is one of those people. I walked in with a mission: quality custard with quality experience. This girl delivered and SERVED! I never caught her name but I had an epiphany about her this morning during my daily prayer and reflection. I hope she is having a BLESSED day.

When I happened to step foot into this fine establishment, I noticed a girl who seemed to have a spark of life in her. Judging as I haven’t seen that much happiness and eagerness to work in an individuals face when they are working, I knew I had to write this review. I had to ask the girls name, just had to. Catherine. Catherine Connelly has a drive in her that I don’t think I’ve come across even in the finest of employees in the business. And so I’m writing this. I’m amazed at the fine custard that was served and proposed to me. I cannot wait to indulge in this wonderful yogurt the next time I swing around Hudson. As I walked out of the establishment, I felt the flavors seeping into my soul with great delight and I’d like to thank you as that is the most I have felt in a long time. Thank you.
To all prospective consumers looking to traverse to "Lulu's Yogurt With A Twist!", there is nothing which I would recommend more than taking a mere 10-20 minutes out of your day to be amazed by the quality of this creamery. While I thoroughly enjoyed the frozen yogurt which I consumed (orange creamsicle with Seton Catholic School sprinkles and a singular squirt of raspberry syrup), that is NOT the reason for my review. All five of the stars which I leave to Lulu's today are because of one individual: Catherine. As my body crossed the threshold of the Lulu's Yogurt With A Twist's doorway, I was immediately greeted by the shining face and bright smile of a young woman who seemed genuinely passionate about her career in the frozen yogurt/creamery industry. She offered to walk me through the several flavors of fro-yo available and answer and questions which I may have had to the best of her abilities. While we were not conversing, she kept herself busy making sure the establishment was in tip-top shape. She cleaned every inch of the floor, countertop, and self-serve area with precision. When it came time to get toppings, I was pleasantly surprise with the high volume available. Catherine made sure to restock the toppings at regular intervals. While checking me out, she showed her gratitude for my business, and said that I was welcome at lovely Lulu's whenever I wanted to go in the future. In conclusion, if you ever feel peckish or in need for a sweet treat, stop by "Lulu's Yogurt With A Twist!", and cast your wish upon a star that Catherine is working there!

First time coming, wanted to try it out. Seems a bit steep for a cup of frozen yogurt. They don't have any fruit toppings like other ones I've been too. Got a cup for my son maybe a 1/4 cup of vanilla. 1 chocolate chip cookie. 2 animal crackers 1 spoon of Andes mint cost a little over $3. Very dirty location.. we got there maybe 10 mins after open and I didn't expect it to be so dirty, didnt notice until after we paid and sat down. Wish I would of gotten more pictures before leaving.The girl there was nice but amazed that she just sat on her phone rather than cleaning?

Frozen yogurt was good. Appearance needs lots of TLC—employees not very friendly and constantly on their phones, floors sticky and visibly dirty, “couch” had layers of spills, not appropriate music being log played over the speakers.
