The blonde guy with glasses,who work around 7 pm on 1/18/26, should not be allowed to work with people, ever! He harasses and mocks customers and i will not be visiting the Hudson location again. My children have been told to not intersect with him and to call the HPD is he harasses them or their friends again.

Disrespectful staff… The cashier yelled at me because he made a mistake in my order and I politely asked him to correct it… he told me he was too busy to do it… he even told me to call the customer service line if I was not happy with the service. Extremely disappointing behavior…

All 4 fries we ordered in family pack were hard and stale. When I called to ask “are you selling day old fries?” The dude kind of chuckled and said “what “ so I repeated and then he said it’s hard to hear when I was yelling and hung up. I wasn’t yelling. This McDonald’s has been inconsistent for a while, but this time has to write a review so that other customers will know they may regret a purchase. The filet o fish and nuggets were hard and dry too. I don’t think anything was made fresh and Couldn’t finish much of our food. Is management telling them to just use old food??

Stopped in with my son really on a Saturday morning. We ate inside. This is a super clean location and our sausage burritos were wrapped perfectly (not always the case at other locations). but beyond all of that customer service was fabulous, and the gentlemen that helped us, I’m assuming the manager) was super sweet with my child and generous with his time. A++

I got 2 basic cheese burgers for around 6 bucks the next day I used my decision to eat at McDonald’s to vow to never visit McDonald’s again. They market poison as food and sell it by convenience.

Came at 10:30pm, apparently they don’t keep the grills on within a half hour of closing so they might as well be closed at 10:30 lol. The nasty guy at the window with long hair glared at me as I left. I don’t know why I thought this would have improved months after my last visit. Their employees suck

Poor service disregard questions and act like they don't hear you, Ronald would not be happy
Every experience I’ve had with this Mc Donalds has been awful. The staff is extremely rude. One staff member took it as far as insulting my coworker with a comment. I am not one to write reviews but it’s just ridiculous. Would not recommend stopping here.

After waiting 10 minutes plus for a coffee and apple pies i was over charged. I tried to resolve it with the girl at the window but after explaining it twice I gave up and decided to call the restaurant as to not hold up the line behind me. The pies where also ice cold. Upon the call i was told I would have to return to the restaurant and go back through the drive through to resolve it where the attendated was not able to help the first time. Because everyone has an extra half an hour in the moring to accommodate the poor staffing at McDonald's. After all it is a privilege to do business at one and we should be thankful for such terrible service. People should not be inconvenienced when a business makes an error. It should not cost the customer time and money to resolve a mistake on McDonalds part. There should have had a refund made to the card like any other business in modern America. However corporate policy is to frustrate you until you give up.
