Very disappointed we are traveling home so we always stop in Hudson McDonald's for our morning breakfast. I didn't get the girls names (April 9th) but she was very rude. As for our order my biscuits and gravy was a mess she must have turned it on the side to put it in the bag, she gave me a spoon no fork of knife my Carmel ice coffee she forgot the Carmel. Needless to say our regular stop at Hudson McDonald's is not going to happen anymore. Streetsboro is the worst McDonald's that's why we always stop at Hudson. Now I guess they are both the same.

Didn't have a long wait for the food.McNuggets were good, but beef was overly pink with red grease in the containers. When brought back to the counter, wasn't even offered a refire. Place wasn't very busy and needed cleaned.

Ordered via the APP while in the parking lot. Most of the food was ready when I arrived at the window. I was told to park in a space to wait for the last item in my order, (box of 13 cookies). So, I waited well over 5 minutes, which wouldn't be bad, but the rest of my food was cold, not lukewarm, out right cold.I believe if my order was timed differently, i.e., cookies made were first, followed by the fries and sandwiches, then the food would not have been cold.

McDonald's used to be pretty affordable and I could feel good about spending less than $10 to have breakfast today I went there and 41 single breakfast sandwich it was over $6 what is this world coming to. It seems like just overnight prices in this country have quadrupled. But of course my pay Has not quadrupled. Please lower your prices once again so that the average Working man does not have to spend $20 for a fast food breakfast

Please note this location had completely moved away from in person service. I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes in line as the only person waiting to order, as they had hoped I’d get back in my car for the drive thru or to use the kiosk. Since when do those two take priority over the living breathing customer in line?!

This was a very disappointing experience. I really don't think that I expect too much. I walked into McDonald's just to grab a diet Coke for a quick break. The machine to fill it was malfunctioning, as it regularly does at this location, and filled my cup 3/4 of the way with foam. I know this is not going to taste very good so I asked to have it filled from the machine at the drive-thru where I know it's regularly up to par. Not only did the kid behind the counter give me a hard time about it saying that it's "fine", I then overheard him bad mouthing me behind my back to his fellow employees saying " these Hudson people are so ridiculous!" First of all, just because I come into the Hudson location, doesn't mean I live here. I live in Streetsboro. Second of all, I'm not the one who is being difficult, he was. This kid should be fired for not doing his job properly and bad mouth and customers. I didn't raise my voice or give him a hard time at all. I just want what I paid for which is a good diet coke. Nothing more.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The woman’s restroom was terrifying, I couldn’t even go. The dining room was a mess. A manger yelled at the crew member who took our order, telling him he’s not allowed on the register because he takes too long, even though I was the one who was slow ordering. Definitely not stopping there again.
