I really don’t appreciate being lied to about their hours of operation when I called them yesterday to confirm, especially when going out of my way. It’s rude and unprofessional.

We have been going to Mings since they first started just in Kent, and their post it note wall was bare. We absolutely have adored to see them grow so successfully and we very regularly get teas from them.Their employees are always super friendly, attentive and sweet, and the constantly growing and changing menu is delightful for when you want a seasonal drink, they got you!I genuinely cannot give Mings enough praise. My regular drink is the raspberry green tea and I normally get it with lychee jelly or the crystal boba, and it's delightful. I crave it weekly.Definitely give them a try if you're tentative or on the fence, you really won't regret it. I recommend ordering online and picking it up when it's during busy hours if you are in a rush, as they are quite popular and can be very busy! Don't let that discourage you though, it's worth the wait.My husband and I love your bubble teas and hope you grow to have even more success and locations, thank you for creating such a fun, warm and lovely environment and drinks filled with love!

Super cute shop with great atmosphere and decor but…… the drinks are awful, they taste like a body mist. 1st time it happened I just thought it was the flavor that I ordere, so I tried again, and again ,and again, with different flavors but they all had this perfumish taste. I also went in and ordered and waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Overall this is a very cute spot to view but not to actually order drinks.

This shop is super cute! It’s small so be warned about busy times! The cotton candy machine was down, which was a bummer, but the drink I got was tasty! I got white peach lychee, with extra cherry blossom boba. It was just sweet enough with a tangy fruit taste!The sticky note wall is cute, but a word of warning to parents, some of them are inappropriate (not the workers faults!)

Ming is the nicest person alive! We have been coming to his store since he first opened in Kent, Ohio. Him and his wife go above and beyond to remember their customers and friends. Their store is a place you can make memories last and enjoy a sweet drink. Can’t recommend them enough!

The tapioca bubbles tasted like chlorine in both our drinks. The thai tea was lacking, worst thai tea even compared to cheap canned versions. The Taro tasted like the smell of carnation flowers? It's so loud in there as there is no sound absorption. The bubble waffles looked good. Never again.

Yummy boba spot. Gotta come back and try the waffle balls since they were out when I came. It is a little cold - not a cozy place. But they have lots of seating and the vibe is cute.
Decided to pay 5$ for the cotton candy machine, and this is the piece of junk that came out. Worst part is that the workers were very rude and completely uninterested in helping me. They even said “it’s edible is it not” like i’m supposed to pay 5$ for a design i didn’t get. Then they said the machine wasn’t working, then why would they have it turned on?? They started to get mad at me just trying to get this fixed. Never giving this terrible place my money ever again.

Ming's Bubble Tea was my first taste of bubble tea and it's delicious. I have not looked back. I first visited the Kent and was very excited when they opened one in Hudson, Ohio right near the library. They have such good service and great tasting tea that it is often quite crowded. Good job Ming employees.
