Best Asian food EVER. In a category all of its own, Asian food in a classy restaurant which is very rare! We eat here on special occasions, even our daughters rehearsal dinner. And at least once a month. The staff is friendly and we get our food promptly.

Natalie, Margarette and the NH team are superb as is their food. You cannot beat their lunch menu and their prices. Great selection and perfect taste. From the linen table cloth to linen napkins along with the fresh flowers and colorful fish it is a great place to take family, friends or business associates for lunch or dinner. So glad to have such an authentic Chinese restaurant in Hudson. 5+++ stars on all accounts.

Its delicious if you're elderly and dont have taste buds anymore. Everything is beyond dated, the cloth napkins arent even white anymore they're tinted yellow. Their fish tank is ghastly and neglected.

We have been customers of Noble House for almost three years now. Came here last Wednesday night with my family as my most recent visit to this Chinese restaurant for dinner. The different dishes served here are very warm, delicious, and flavorful, delivering authentic Chinese taste. However, I can't really say the same thing about the rice that they serve here, the texture and taste isn't very good, the quality seeming to be cheap, so the restaurant should switch to a different, better quality rice in order to improve the eating experience here for customers. The restaurant atmosphere is in decent condition, clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff here are very nice to customers and have delivered us outstanding service every time we've came to eat here. Overall I think that this is a pretty good Chinese restaurant to eat at, and I will be coming back soon to enjoy more good Chinese food and hopefully to see the needed improvements being made, as well.
