The restaurant's mission is consistency and the food is ALWAYS delicious. The short rib bruschetta paired with the Maison Nicholas Pinot Noir was absolute perfection. I constantly enjoy sitting in the pub area and my mom, dad, and significant other especially enjoy the pub food including the short rib nachos and pretzels.I love to get my holiday wine here as well. Always an amazing experience. Somehow The North End consistently delivers amazing food with a creative menu and excellent wine and beer options. They have top-notch staff that will help you pair wine or beer with whatever dining adventures land on your table. Go and enjoy a wonderful epicurean evening with the friendly folks at The North End Hudson.

We ended up here bc the restaurant near by had no electricity and I am so glad we did! The bartender Kari was extremely attentive, friendly and made great recommendations. The food was awesome. Will definitely come back! The ambience and cleanliness was great too!
