Super cute coffee shop in a super cute town! We stopped in Hudson on our way back from hiking at Cuyahoga Valley National Park and it was the perfect end of the day! So picturesque! Open Door was super cute and the vibes were so fun! The barista was so kind and welcoming. And the drinks were great! Definitely would recommend!

Overall no issues; cinnamon rolls muffins are good, coffee delicious, but I don’t like hearing the baristas talk bad about customers. Doesn’t feel very friendly.

This place is the quintessential 3rd place so many of us are looking for. I came in, asked about the barista's favorite cupcake, and was told about each flavor. Then I was informed that everything is baked fresh daily. I then asked about my secret favorite cookie, the oatmeal raisin. I was informed it was his mother's secret recipe. It did not disappoint! Easily the best oatmeal cookie I've ever eaten. Delicious, black coffee (dark roast, Mountain Ebony). Perfect addition to sip alongside my cookie. I will absolutely be back.

I think this is the best coffee I've ever had! The baristas are so fun to talk to and the owner is very kind.

unfortunately I never thought i'd be leaving this review. I love open door but the experience I had today was unbelievable. I ordered a drink, and there was a simple mix up/ miscommunication about which drink was mine. A very nice man with long blonde hair brought out an iced caramel latte and gave it to me so I assumed it was mine and began to drink it. 2 minutes later an extremely rude woman who worked there, middle aged, with mid length blonde hair began screaming at me and accusing me of stealing a drink and saying everything was my fault and continued yelling at me. The man with the long blonde hair assured me it was ok and not worry, but the woman was extremely rude. I didn't catch his name but the man with the long hair deserves a raise for his patience. I am so disappointed at the way the woman handled this situation I felt very attacked and mistreated, this is not what I expected from one of my favorite coffee shops.

LOVE THIS LITTLE COFFEE SHOP! 10 stars. Their iced mocha is my go-to, if I could have it every day, I would. Affordably priced and the coffee tastes great. Cute inside. Baristas are very friendly. Will definitely be a return customer.
