No button to open the doors unless you are with someone. I can’t even explain the hard time I just got at this place. It was the most horrible experience ever yet for me. As a mobility limited person.
If your store is not handicap friendly but only have handicap parking space please be so for real and explain so like that. I’m sorry but I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed.
Also why is there avocado spots on my daughter’s avocado-less sandwich???? What if she was allergic to it? But thank God we are not :) the food is good I’m not going to lie. Just please think about all of us!!! Please

Great city with worst panera. All the staffs didn't get correct training to make food and serve customer. I worked as Panera trainer in the past. Based on panera‘s own stand this store should closed. The utensils was put on the counter surface instead disk or tray. The order of different catalogs customer need ask different staffs to get them. （Should have a manger works as QC to make sure order is ready，really read for customer.） No mention the wrong recipe of products，dirt floor，table surface，cold coffee，spread chemical in front of customers，without hat or hair cover， too much . Ruin Panera‘s reputation.BTW，you are welcome to join their 4 staffs chat inside the counter.They are really good about that.

While placing my order, I had to repeat myself, at least twice. If I had to say what I wanted to order any louder, I would have needed to yell (there were no loud machines running in the back either but plenty of employees chatting with each other). I even went as far as to describe where on the menu the items I wanted were located.I still did not get what I wanted.After I had placed the order (and got what apparently they wanted me to have, that I did not want,) two individuals came in together. Their orders were taken and served.Their orders were made and served before mine, even though I ordered first.In short: I will never go back to this location. There are many options across the street and down the road. Even the local grocery stores are better than this location!
I ordered family meal and some bagels. First time they didn’t give me French bread and bagels. I also found a plastic strip in the soup. I asked for a refund, but everything cannot be refunded. The second time they forgot to give me French bread. I have never had such a terrible experience.

Came in tonight for a quick bite. Walked in and checked the bakery and wanted to order an everything bagel (which they had in the basket). My toddler needed to use the restroom while ordering so left my husband to order it for me. Get back from the restroom and they hand me an Asiago bagel instead because they told him they were out of everything. I asked if the bagels in the basket were everything, and in fact they were. I asked if I could exchange and was told I’d have to buy another bagel. I calmly said ok and walked out without eating. Unbelievable. I didn’t have high hopes coming here but now I’ve confirmed I’m dealing with incompetence.

I’m leaving a bad review because this Panera is kiosk ordering only and I am profoundly annoyed that I can’t order at the counter with a human being anymore. I won’t be back unless I can deal with human cashiers.
