One of the worst Panera locations I’ve ever been to. They have messed up my order MANY times, and have missed items, but I still come back because I have gift cards or because other people in my party want it. Baked goods have been really hard or almost burnt. Service is slow and wait times are longer than estimated. They even were supposed to refund me for wrong orders and never did. Then they offer for you to get something “next time”, which doesn’t really fix the problem.

Chill place, quiet enough to work or grab a bite with someone. Food portions have gotten really small. Soup bowl was maybe a quarter full, maybe one ladle-full? Sandwich was burnt and small as well.
Prices are high too, $17 for a pick 2, drink, and cookie

Some of the employees are not the friendliest. I love their iced tea at many locations however, here for some reason it is bitter. The bubbler doesn’t look like it’s cleaned very often.

This is the second time it has happened here. I ordered one of the expensive iced coffees with espresso in it and specific flavors, they just don’t make them here I guess, if that’s the case why is it even on the kiosk to order, are they just to lazy? I don’t understand, but what’s worse is I paid for it and never got it and when I ask they just send me to the other counter.

Unfortunately listed as handicap friendly but is not. No room for my very small scooter.

No button to open the doors unless you are with someone. I can’t even explain the hard time I just got at this place. It was the most horrible experience ever yet for me. As a mobility limited person.

If your store is not handicap friendly but only have handicap parking space please be so for real and explain so like that. I’m sorry but I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed.

Also why is there avocado spots on my daughter’s avocado-less sandwich???? What if she was allergic to it? But thank God we are not :) the food is good I’m not going to lie. Just please think about all of us!!! Please
