I was standing by the soda machine out of the way and this employee in a purple shirt barked at me, telling me that I had to wait by the shelf cuz that's were the mobile orders go. I didn't ask bud said okay, thanks.
i go wait by the shelf for over half an hour just to find out both my girlfriend and my own order have been done the entire time and they're behind the counter. I told the guy helping me what she had said and that I've wasted at least half an hour here because of her and he was very dismissive about it. now our food is cold and I wasted way too much time here.

the workers with the sloppy red hair dye isnt nice, started talking crap about my group while we were 5 ft away. Never has a smile on her face and acts like her job is miserable. (not just a bad day, this has happened multiple times and always has a terrible attitude) Food also came out cold.

That is some crazy Panera shop with a bunch of clowns as a stuff! They messed up my order giving me wrong sandwich instead of chipotle sandwich and when I requested a refund they were trying to convince me it was the right sandwich as if I had never ordered the sandwich before and didn’t know how it looks , ridiculous! Also their cappuccino had no foam whatsoever, just espresso shot with ton of hot milk which they flipped over accidentally and spilled in front of me and didn’t even apologized just hand it to me like its ok! Really? Never seen so many clowns in a single Panera!

This is a nice restaurant, but doesn’t seem like the food options are necessarily healthy like I envision. I wish the tables and general eating area was kept a bit cleaner. I also think it’s pricey. Aside from that, the actual food is very good and it’s still hot and healthier than McDonalds! 😁

One of the worst Panera locations I’ve ever been to. They have messed up my order MANY times, and have missed items, but I still come back because I have gift cards or because other people in my party want it. Baked goods have been really hard or almost burnt. Service is slow and wait times are longer than estimated. They even were supposed to refund me for wrong orders and never did. Then they offer for you to get something “next time”, which doesn’t really fix the problem.

Chill place, quiet enough to work or grab a bite with someone. Food portions have gotten really small. Soup bowl was maybe a quarter full, maybe one ladle-full? Sandwich was burnt and small as well. Prices are high too, $17 for a pick 2, drink, and cookie
I have been stopping in a few times a month and really enjoy coming. I would like to praise a young man named Joe for working so hard on keeping the dinning area well cleaned.
