I placed a delivery order today and the food was great it was nice and hot the delivery driver I want to give a big shout out to him his name is Jason he did an amazing job finding where I live and great customer service that man has. the food was quick and fast getting out to me and for the lunch special that they have going on for right now ordered wings in a papadia and got a drink with it $16 and some change not a bad price at all just want to also let everyone know there at Papa John's keep your heads up and keep on making amazing food cuz you guys did amazing the food was cooked just right everything was done to my expectations I appreciate it thank you so much to everyone who works at Papa John's

Got delivered a pizza that looks like this. Reached out to PJ Twitter for a refund. They opened an incident ticket with the local store and told me to expect a response within 48 hours. No one ever contacted me. Sucks to not get reimbursed for a pizza that looks like this.

OMG, we have purchased pizza from this location for years, now will never go back.
Last week we order a pepperoni pizza and when we got home we had been given a cheese pizza.
My husband called the store and we were advised we could get a pizza the following week; she would notate the system as we paid cash. Well when he called today, the manager advised there was not a note and we had been issued a refund. Not true, as we had paid cash and had not returned to the store since last week. He asked; well were you on last week? Who was the manager, she said three were on last week and their isn’t a note, than she said she didn’t like his tone and hung up. He was on speaker phone so I heard the entire conversation.
So I called and told her I heard him on the phone and he wasn’t rude and if she looked at our account she would see how often we frequent the store. She was raising her voice (I wasn’t); I mean we are talking what, $15.00. I asked her if she could ask the other managers, she was making me feel like I am trying to get something for free. She proceeded to tell me she talked to them and her son and we did not call and if we don’t like their service than go somewhere else. I said okay, I am going to tell you what I am going to do to make me feel better. She started yelling at me and said I was threatening her (what); I am a senior citizen and maybe talk a little louder on speaker with hearing and all.
Anyway, she hung up on me! I called back and told them what I wanted to say was I will certainly leave a bad review which I assume she could care less with her Customer Service.

When I tell you this is the best papa John’s ever I MEAN IT. I have searched far and WIDE for a pizza place that feels like home and I can confidently say THIS IS IT. When I walked in I was greeted by a handsome man named Lance. I could tell he really cared about his craft. It was honestly the best customer service EVER. I will for sure be back to try the sausage pizza again.

Pizza night every week will always be Papa John's Hudson!! In an age where we have to pay more and get less and less and less, I get a constant let down with any food establishment these days. This means I have to cook more...ugh!Papa John's Hudson, THANK YOU for not letting us down! The pizza we get every week is always delicious, hot, fresh, and with generous toppings that are (evenly placed) by the way, that makes me feel like someone cares enough to take the time and do it right!! Keep it up Papa John's Hudson, cuz I love love love my pizza night!!! ???
