The pizza dough was raw on the bottom. One of the pizzas was cut into ridiculous uneven size pieces. I have never had such terrible pizza.

Terrible greasy pizza. The worst cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Driver couldn't figure out suite numbers. For tasted worse then frozen reheat leftovers.

My grandson loves Pizza Hut pizza and he stays with us every Saturday. I order the pizza early in the afternoon with a planned delivery at 6pm. The status on the order is still making the order and it is 6:15pm. I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone told me that he is waiting for more orders so he can send out the delivery person. No apology and I order from this restaurant every week. We have noticed the quality of the food has been going downhill in the past couple of months. I will no longer use the Hudson location--I will try Munroe Falls. If this fails, I will have to use another pizza delivery service.
Easy to order on line, was ready right on time, taste and quality of the pizza was excellent.

I ordered a delivery via their app. I received an incorrect delivery. The app redirected the order to a door dash driver, so there is a mixture of liability for the order delivery, which the app is not supportive of. I called the store at 6 minutes till closing time (only 8 minutes after my wrong order was delivered), and upon telling the employee that my order was wrong, he put me on hold and hung up on me, refusing to answer again
