Drinks were fantastic, and the food was good. Didn't take long for the food to come out, either. We arrived at 4 pm and got a spot at the bar. The only thing I would critique is how dark it is in there. I get setting the mood, but for me, it's just not enough light. Other than that, everything was great

My bad for not knowing I would need a reservation for 5pm on a Saturday but the only option was to take a solo cup with a cocktail out into a corner of the parking lot with some picnic tables. Not exactly what I was looking for in a tiki experience. I would have been happy to wait for an opening but we weren't given that option. It was my birthday and I was looking to add some mugs and glasses to my collection but I felt like I was just in their way. Ended up at a speakeasy half a block away instead. If you're going to force people into your parking lot, maybe turn some music on out there? Send wait staff out to check on people? Let us wait for an open table out there? Advertise a no walk-in policy?

Stopped here after a trip to Cuyahoga National Park and this was the highlight of the trip! The drinks were all great, including the Gunpowder Painkiller, Jet Pilot, Gorilla Panic, and Tu Mai Tai.The food was also excellent and very flavorful. We had the chicken tacos and empanadas.Looking forward to going back!

We try to visit tiki places wherever we go, and we were in Cleveland for the WNCAA Final Four. So, we took a drive to Cuyahoga.Atmosphere was fantastic, they did a great job with the portholes and arrangement! The mugs and glasses were great as well; real ceramic and looks like they may be a bit more hand made.Place was slammed but the crew did probably the best they could. The owner saw how slammed they were and was walking around clearing tables, taking on waiter duties etc. So, service was great IMO.Drinks were pretty good too. I was the DD so I mostly had mocktails and their orgeat fizz is something else.Only real complaint is that parking was a bit tight, but it's in a downtown walkable area so not sure where they could get more space. It's possible non-customers were using the parking lot. The building has a decent facade and the crashed airplane is a nice touch, apparently it came from an junkyard in Southern Ohio.Would recommend to anyone!

First time customer

I visited this place for the first time and I was very impressed! Good drinks and food and I really loved the atmosphere! I would definitely recommend to friends and family and I’ll be going back very soon !!!

I’d heard good things, but was pretty disappointed my first time trying this bar. Food was fair, signature cocktail was less than thrilling, and the bar itself had bad vibes. Dark, low ceilings. Felt like I was in someone’s basement. The smell of tempura cauliflower really slaps ya in the face when you walk in. The bartenders were ok. Maybe in the summer it would be better?
