It took forever to get a simple order, which included a sign-up food bonus. My food was cold by the time the employee was able to make it right. She was not the issue, but their App was...it is plagued with ambiguity.
This is by FAR the BEST WENDY’S we have ever dined at! We were greeted when we came in, the employees are all friendly and personable! They seem like they really enjoy their jobs. Our order was fast and accurate. The store is clean and trendy! We came an away with full bellies and smiles on our faces! All around the best fast food experience ever!
Visited several times and I have to say some of--if not the BEST--customer service I've had at fast food chains. Staff is not just very nice, polite, but funny too. Plus the service was fast and efficient! Best Wendy's service in the area.
