I arrived on time (30 to 40 minutes after order...I arrived a 31 minutes) Pizza sitting in a box on a shelf. Box felt warm as I left, but upon arriving home, 14 minutes later, pizza was cold. This was supposed to be chicken BBQ....pieces of chicken were under-cooked and some had small pieces of gristle (or something) in them. We threw a nearly $30 dollar pizza in the trash. There are several good pizza shops in and around Hudson Ohio. This is not one of them.

We can never go wrong with the pepperoni pizza and the grandkids loved the chicken tenders and fries. More than enough and had to take home the extra pieces.

Ordered the Wednesday 1/2 sheet pizza special on 7/16/25.. half the pizza is not edible. It looks like someone dumped a pasta dish in a box. Only a few of the edge cut slices resembled a pizza(see photo). Tasted horrible too. Not sure what happened here but it is a huge disappointment.

Delivery order completely unacceptable. Old, over cooked chicken and cold doughy pizza. Last few times we’ve ordered was disappointed, haven’t ordered in a while decided to try again last night,, should’ve followed our first thought.
