Blue Ribbon Catering knocked it out of the park for our July 19th wedding at Twin Oast Brewing. We had chicken, beef, broccoli, and cheesy mashed potatoes — every single dish was better than the tasting, and the tasting was already great.
Their staff showed up early, looked sharp, and had everything ready before we even noticed. Planning was effortless, communication was solid, and the price was more than fair for our 150 guests. We even ended up with leftovers because they planned so well.

I really loved the vegetarian Lasagna (so much flavor), chicken Parmesan (so tender), and the cheesy potatoes (so good!) the catering staff were so professional and friendly and wonderful at boxing up any leftovers.
