Blue Ribbon was delicious for our wedding this past weekend! I really loved the vegetarian Lasagna (so much flavor), chicken Parmesan (so tender), and the cheesy potatoes (so good!) the catering staff were so professional and friendly and wonderful at boxing up any leftovers. Finally, Melissa was not only sweet, but extremely detail oriented and quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely be using again! Thank you so so much!
