DQ is one of our favorite places. Menue is predictable. This particular one, however, while it was OK, the food particularly the ice cream seemed a little off. The tray in the drink dispenser needed attention. Staff was pleasant. It's just that nothing beats your hometown location

The ice cream was extremely soft and running. We had to wait for 15 minutes after ordering for 2 of our 4 ice creams.The lobby was very dirty.

We came in about 9:30pm, so a little before closing...don't think they were thrilled to see our group... BUT the lobby smelled amazingly clean, and our orders were served within a reasonable time. (a little melted but we didn't care) We didn't stay inside, but the patio is a bit small. Handicapped ramp is horribly placed near the exit of the drive-though, not the parking area. Overall, the blizzards & smoothie was delicious, but definitely relocate the ramp

Has been a favorite for over 30 years. But today wasn't a good day. My burger was cool as we're the French fries. The 3 piece chicken tender $7 meal strips were cool also. The pop was good as well as the sundae. Food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Not used to that from this location. What's happened. All the interior was very sterile, n I t warm and welcoming. Seemed they may be redecorating so that may have been the interior issues. I don't usually rate places but this was so disappointing for us.
