Has been a favorite for over 30 years. But today wasn't a good day. My burger was cool as we're the French fries. The 3 piece chicken tender $7 meal strips were cool also. The pop was good as well as the sundae. Food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Not used to that from this location. What's happened. All the interior was very sterile, n I t warm and welcoming. Seemed they may be redecorating so that may have been the interior issues. I don't usually rate places but this was so disappointing for us.

Literary just got food poisoning that 100% came from this location. I could not finish the food, only took a few bites as the fry oil tasted "off". Started feeling ill about 15-20 minutes later, and then was violently ill for about 12 hours straight afterwards. It really sucks as this used to be my favorite restaurant. I will absolutely never eat here again.

Terrible, 20$ for 2 meals ordered onion rings got fries, okay. Got a blue raspberry slush was not mixed at all all the flavor was at the bottom asked them to mix it, they put more flavor on top! Rephrased asking them to mix it they still did not understand. Fries are old.. 10/10 would not recommend.
Staff was indifferent. Asked for Blizzard after meal (dined in) and it came out before my meal. Scanned app at counter and they didn’t register). Food was fine, although soda was pretty flat. Blizzard was very good.

New owners bought the place, kicked the long time, hard working women that owned it to the curb and forced her into a demotion and pay cut to replace her with family of the new owner. Only care about them selves and a Dollar!! Take your business elsewhere

As someone else said they are going downhill fast. Always mess up the order, I went through the drive thru and got the window shut on me as I was talking, explaining I had more to my order. I waited at the window for 3 minutes until a different worker came and helped. Most of the workers are rude. The drive thru speaker is so low in volume you basically have to hang out of the car to hear them. Not a good spot anymore. There are better places around to spend your money on. This place is a waste.

Ate there for the last time today. New owners, new staff, food was HORRIBLE, I threw most of mine away, portions much smaller. We will spend our money elsewhere.

It's going downhill fast. This year has been bad for Huron DQ. Food taste is the same. Service is slow. Forgetting things ordered. Sub par Service. I am going to make the choice to order food and ice cream from the local ice cream shop from now on. I liked to support both because I assume someone local owns this DQ. It's a shame. Hope they turn it around soon.
