It wasn't busy when I went to the drive thru. The woman at window was pleasant, suggested a dessert she liked. This place delivered, it was the same greasy fish and chicken combo I alway look forward to. It's Long John Silvers!!

Lexi and Amy toom care of ..they were very nice..and food was incredible...I was just in a bad car accident..and not feeling good..and I was hungry aching and senced something wrong and we're extra helpfull and the food was super hot and fresh..plus they really nice ..even boxed up my left overs

The staff was very friendly, but the chicken was so rubbery it was hard to eat. in fact we didn't eat most of it. I think we are done with Long John Silvers, unfortunately.

Single worst restaurant experience of my life. Stay away from this place. Do not do business with them under any circumstances. I place the mobile app order there yesterday. Their business hours till 10, showed up and there was a paper sign at the door saying they were closing at 7. This is before 630, but the doors locked go around to drive. Do they answer the speaker? No. Even though the lights are on knock on the drive through window and somebody comes to windows says we are closed and I said well I placed the mobile order. Can you cancel it or can you refund me? They said no you have to do that in the app. There isn't a option to do. Explain that to the person and she says she doesn't care. She's going home and I said, well, where's your manager? There's no manager on-site, then she proceeded to say, I'm going home. I don't have time for you so I ask how, show me how or tell me how to get a refund from the app and she says, just do it in the app. And I said the app tells me to talk to you and she says, well, there's nothing I can do to help you and walked away, knocked on the window again, said I need to the manager's contact information, refuse to give me she didn't have a name tag on, didn't give her information either called back today, talked to the manager and got all the same attitude. She refused to give a name, she refused to address any of the problems. Refused to give supervisors contact. Said yeah, we had to close early tomorrow. Tough luck and you're not getting your order. I said I need a refund then and she said what you can just cancel the order in the app. There is no option to do that in the app. There is no phone numbers to reach anybody else. In long John silver's site the # says closed at all hours just a leave a complaint on a phone number. And this person claiming to be manager, unprofessional, yelling and just being obnoxious. Do not go to this restaurant. Dont really beleive it was manager. No matter what the promotions are, they are not worth the headache. And this business does not deserve any patronage.

Stopped in there shortly after opening. Staff horribly inconsiderate. Person taking order was being smart and snotty. He will ruin the newly opened restaurant. Rude. Haven't been there since. Drive to Lorain, one of the better ones.

Waited nearly an hour for my food. Tried to cancel my order after 30 minutes, but because it was a mobile order I couldn't. Staff was of no help. Since the grand opening this place is now filthy and service is stupid slow. That falls on terrible management and ownership. Way to ruin a good thing guys.

Food was ok but drive through service was slow. Staff was friendly but after paying for order I was left sitting in the parking lot for 20 min waiting for my take out food. Its probably the longest I have ever waited for fast food. Will likely give them one more try because they just recently opened and I have always liked LJS. Will update rating on next visit.
