The girl at the service window was by far the worest person in fast food this year. Absolutely horrible. This location is the 2nd worse location in the area. Avoid. If your leaving CB drive to the Lorain store. Going west go to the 101 store avoid rye beach.

This is a typical McDonald's restaurant and has all the menu items you would expect to find at such a location. The food is of the same quality as every other McDonald's I have visited. This location does seem slower than others, especially when there is no line or there are minimal crowds. You can order using the app, which gives you access to better deals and is more convenient than ordering in-person or in the drive-thru. I noticed it picks up the later it gets because this is one of the restaurants in the area that stays open later. It would not be my first choice but it will do if you need something to eat.

Prices are on the higher end, probably because it's on everyone's drive home from Cedar Point. Service is fast.
Went there with family. Even checked the order to make sure everything was there.. I guess you have to check further. NoNE of my burgers had BURGERS on them. My mind is blown.... ketchup,mustard,pickle,onion no burg.

Came here two days in a row due to an engagement at the sports complex and nothing but problems. Customer service should be a priority and that was not what I experienced, especially on my second day. Why am I sitting at the drive-through unacknowledged for at least five minutes? Not to mention that the screen is broke, which is already tacky. I wasted so much time missing out on where I had to be because of the lack of customer service at this location. Don’t recommend if you have somewhere to be in the morning and you’re pressed for time.

Don’t waste your money. This place is a scam and a total rip off. We ordered a mc crispy deluxe MEAL and said we wanted a McFlurry substituted for the drink. Drive thru person never said anything and gave us the total and we paid. Looking at the receipt while waiting for the food we noticed that he rang us up for each item separately and not for a meal. The McFlurry was almost $6!!! So we asked and they told us that you can’t substitute a McFlurry for a drink and that’s why they rang us up as individual items and not a meal. . . Ok so is there a reason we weren’t told that as we were ordering? We would have ordered something different than. It was sketchy. It was more expensive to get the sandwich and fries separately than the meal and then the outrageously priced McFlurry was just vanilla ice cream with Oreo sprinkled on top. They don’t even blend it in. This place is a scam. We will never waste our money here again.

Horrible service. lady at the window not only got our order wrong but was very rude to us when we asked for sauce. we asked for 2 small waters and got the window closed in our faces. We had to wait at the window for a few minutes after staring at her to open the window for us to get the right order... if that wasnt enough our order was still wrong after double checking.

Although the service was excellent and the atmosphere was as well, I drove off with what was supposed to be PREMIUM COFFEE ☕️. It wasn't! It was horrible. I can only describe the taste as horrible! 2 Stars 🌟
