Just ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meal. Order was wrong, received ham instead. This is the 3rd time having issues with location. Ill be going to the one on 250 from here on out.

An older woman with white hair screamed at my younger brother for asking for a water cup. She said only one per order, yet we got 2 separate orders and asked for 2 waters. She was extremely disrespectful and even started talking bad about us when we tried to explain that we did get 2 orders. I have worked at McDonalds and I understand that it gets busy but there is no excuse to treat others as if you’re above them and then openly talk bad about them.

The girl at the service window was by far the worest person in fast food this year. Absolutely horrible. This location is the 2nd worse location in the area. Avoid. If your leaving CB drive to the Lorain store. Going west go to the 101 store avoid rye beach.
Food took a long time and it was cold by the time they brought it out to the car. Sandwiches didn't have any condiments on them No napkins

This is a typical McDonald's restaurant and has all the menu items you would expect to find at such a location. The food is of the same quality as every other McDonald's I have visited. This location does seem slower than others, especially when there is no line or there are minimal crowds. You can order using the app, which gives you access to better deals and is more convenient than ordering in-person or in the drive-thru. I noticed it picks up the later it gets because this is one of the restaurants in the area that stays open later. It would not be my first choice but it will do if you need something to eat.
