It was a quick stop on my way to Detroit. Ordered at the kiosk and took advantage of the free McDouble with purchase.I kinda laughed when opening the burger. We've all seen the McD picture of the burger and then a picture of an actual burger. Quite different as you can see below.I don't blame anyone, it was ok in the end.

We stopped to get lunch before our stay at Sawmill Creek and it was delicious! We used the drive thru & the service was fast. We ate our meal at sawmill & it was so fresh tasting (for fast food). Chicken nuggets, honey, fries & orange hi c take me back to childhood & it tasted the exact same that I remember it.

If I could give a zero I would. I asked for the rude employee name but they wouldn’t give it to me. The older blond lady was really rude. 1. I don’t care about paying extra for ranch. But it doesn’t list it in the kiosk. Also she deliver are food and said it was unnecessary I asked for 6 ranches. Like ok keep that to your self 1. A second she continues to complains about how I can only have two and it’s hnnessary because it cost the company. I know for a fact that $1.25 cents isn’t costing them anything. Also as a 19 year old I am not kind then that lady shows how sad the world is. Second off I go up to pay for the extra. She starts talking bad about me right when I turn away to the other workers. Like I am right there. People like what they like and it’s unkind to make fun of others. She should get serious training on customer service as someone who has worked in retail for 3 years now and my main role is customer service . She was some older lady I wouldn’t have cared if she wasn’t so rude. I go to the Sandusky McDonalds we’re I can get 6 ranches like I did yesterday and not be judged by a rude employee. Food cold as well

It feels more frequent than not that I'm asked to pull forward while my food is prepared, despite there not being many cars there. At that rate I'd expect it to be hot like it has just been freshly heated up, but it wasn't. The food is.. McDonald's food I guess. I hope this isn't one of the stores that had the quality upgrade already though. Employees are nice enough, but lower stars for to slow service and mediocre quality food.

Holy Meow! Highest priced McDonalds in the country! Food wasn't great, would recommend taking your whiskers to anywhere, and I mean anywhere, else or go hungry!

The amount of times I have left a food review can be counted on 1 hand. With that being said, this was the best McDonalds I gave ever had in my life. Shamefully for this last week I have muttered, It's good, but it's not McDonalds after Cedar Point good. I don't think I've ever had a burger and fries that came out too hot to enjoy. Everything was so fresh and for someone who just expected the standard Mickey D's experience, this one legit had me in disbelief. Again, almost humorous how much I enjoyed that Quarter Pounder and fries. A lot of credit to the staff for their efforts.
