I spent the afternoon and evening at the banquet hall. While the hall looked nice, the food was terrible and cash bar means cash only. Time to find a new chef or change the menu to represent the dryness and lack of flavor that you delivered.Also, it's time to join this century and buy a Square you you can take credit card payments.
