Came here forgot our sweet and sour chicken then it was cold broccoli was almost hard which gave my mom food poisoning don't come here the guys mean it's horrible

My Husband picked up some crab rangoon, some egg rolls, soup and beef and broccoli. I wouldn’t even give them a quarter of one star if I had the option. The egg rolls are dry, bland and taste worse than frozen store bought.
Don’t get me started on the crab rangoon; no sauce with it, no crab, no flavor and no good!! It literally tastes like cream cheese.
Like they packed it with plain cream cheese and fried it up. I will most definitely not be eating here again and I would never recommend anyone else to waste their hard earned money at this place.
It’s obvious that they have no desire to please their customers and they’re not interested in anything aside from paying the bills.
However I will say that I’m finding the same issue most everywhere. People simply don’t care anymore. I will indeed recommend Mandarin in Oberlin , Oh.
Their customer service is outta this world and their food is never disappointing. They have the best crab rangoon I’ve ever had and they simply do not miss. So if you’re ever out that way, I highly suggest you try Mandarin.

Ive eaten there 3 times. Food was great and affordable. Its a take out place, no room to eat inside. Quick.

Stayed at sawmill for new years and we ordered out for news years day the food was really great to especially the sour sop and egg rolls, egg foo young the gravy was also really good. It’s ready where I hit there not wait on time thank you.

I was late for my order and they were very patient the food is delicious and always hot even when I’m late tbh best Chinese food in the Sandusky Huron area 10/10

Nasty. First you forget part of my order which I had to come back to pick up and it was cold. The chicken and broccoli was very bland and had no flavor. This establishment is obviously trying to cut costs and it’s showing in their favorless nasty food.

Cashier refused to believe that my online order was paid for kept asking for receipt when I clicked on the link which was sent to me in a text message and the email it shows no receipts and they physically made me pull up my banking information for them to view my account and confirm that I paid. Once I finally got my food it was cold. This place is complete trash. This isn't the first time I've had issues.

Would not give me my order after ordering online, but the bank took the money out. Said I needed a confirmation e-mail from Doordash. I never received the email and the text message saying say order confirmed was not sufficient. So no food for me and ½hr spent filling out the banks dispute form. The clerk was not at all helpful. From previous orders the food was ok, but not worth this hassle.

Food is good prices have went up thoughHe was bad for awhile but the last few times i have got food it has been really good no complaints from anyone.
