Nasty. First you forget part of my order which I had to come back to pick up and it was cold. The chicken and broccoli was very bland and had no flavor. This establishment is obviously trying to cut costs and it’s showing in their favorless nasty food.

Cashier refused to believe that my online order was paid for kept asking for receipt when I clicked on the link which was sent to me in a text message and the email it shows no receipts and they physically made me pull up my banking information for them to view my account and confirm that I paid. Once I finally got my food it was cold. This place is complete trash. This isn't the first time I've had issues.

Would not give me my order after ordering online, but the bank took the money out. Said I needed a confirmation e-mail from Doordash. I never received the email and the text message saying say order confirmed was not sufficient. So no food for me and ½hr spent filling out the banks dispute form. The clerk was not at all helpful. From previous orders the food was ok, but not worth this hassle.

Ordered online and looked forward to trying out a new place. Got to the restaurant at the right time and was met with a long wait by a man cooking in back who refused to acknowledge me. Finally, he came over and asked me what I wanted. I told him I was there to pick and order and he in turn told me he didn't have my order. Showed him the receipt, he did some searching and found it. Ten minutes he said. Twenty minutes later in a surly manner he put the food on top of the counter and walked away without a word. I asked if that was mine and he said something like, "yeah take it you paid for it online." I don't expect extreme courtesy these days, but that rude indifference to a paying customer who WILL NEVER BE BACK is no way to run a business. The food was good and plentiful. The cleanliness of the place left lots to be desired and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. Sometimes one strike and you're out.

I've been going there for years , too notch but the last 3 times I've eaten there it has been absolutely terrible , I mean terrible , last order was thrown in the trash it was so bad , not sure if they changed supplier or cooks but it is not

I moved to the Huron area about 6yrs ago & needed to find a new Chinese restaurant near by so I didn't have to drive to Sandusky. I'm so glad that I came across Rainbow as it is ALWAYS great! The takeout containers are always packed full, the food itself is great, the service is just as friendly as it is fast. I've yet to have a bad experience with these guys & we get it at least every other week. Sometimes every week & will continue to as long as they are around.

A bet of a wait, but worth it. My meal was a large amount and very tasty. Would be great if they would have given a more accurate time wait when ordering pick up.

This is easily the most unpalatable Chinese food I've ever eaten. I feel bad for giving 1 star but this was a total letdown. Chinese food can be hit or miss, but is usually at least edible. I am in no way a picky eater, but one bite of their General Tso's made me sick to my stomach. It was absolutely disgusting. We spent $60 and everything we ordered was gross and had a very strange taste to it. The chicken did not look nor taste like chicken at all, and I've eaten General Tso's chicken at dozens of restaurants. Very disappointing. Never again.

This place was good years ago now it's disgusting. I got the broccoli and shrimp and it had this disgusting gelatinous sauce on top of the food. I called because it's not palatable and the guy I talked to try to say he checked it before I picked it up and it's just starch.
