Placed a mobile order, get there and I'm gaslit about the whole thing like I never put in an order and I went to the wrong location. I gave them my phone and she just walks away with it in the back... She comes back and even though I paid for an order at the correct location they still wouldn't serve me and said they had no order. It was just 2 basic combos, nothing high maintenance. So then like always, I watch everyone before and after me get what they wanted while I was left cucked

Was to drive thru and ordered Daves single combo with 2 Large unsweetened iced teas and upgraded to large fries.,.. I received 2 large sweetened teas and cold fries… how hard is it to get what you ordered? Very disappointed appointed… won’t order anything again

MAGGOTS in my burger. Then the manager was rude to me as I was just trying to return and get my money back!! She actually said they can only replace my meal, like I would ever eat a burger again!! I think I’m a vegetarian now for sure!!

MAGGOTS in my burger!!! I found not 1 but 2 maggots in my burger!! Then as I was trying to be as nice as possible the manager was very rude to me. The other manager was nice & very helpful but one bad apple spoils the bunch in my eyes!! Beware of Wendy’s Maggot Meat!!
Much better then norwalk location, tend to serve extra smashed burger patties which I enjoy, good food good service. Please stay open later so I do not have to visit the clown caravan that is the norwalk location @ night
