Staff is friendly and engaging with regular and new customers. The managers and service staff take time to thoroughly train new employees. The menu offers a wide variety of choices that are always prepared properly. In fact, I have been a daily lunch regular for 4 years and rarely have I seen a food order returned. The servers make sure that items are delivered as ordered.

They had no food in stock.
Was told we would have a 10min wait because they were on a pause. After 20mins we tried to ask how much longer it would be the hostess just took off and would not talk to us. After 30mins we left along with a few other waiting customers.

Never had an issue at this location. My GF is Vietnamese and likes it because she can always find something. You can get a nice sit-down meal for less than a fast-food joint...just had a giant chicken sandwich, fries and drink for ten bucks (NOV 2024). The bar is also run properly, unlike most similar style venues. Blew my mind when the manager checked with the guests to be sure everything was okay.

We went a birthday party at the Independence location. There was 38 of us. The waiter and staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent

The food is adequate. Good service is touch and go. Always seems understaffed when full. Things get forgotten when ordered.

Milkshake had a sharp taste to it. Probably spoiled. Didn’t finish it and I’m preparing to get sick because of it. This place has gone so downhill it’s disappointing.
