My wife and I have been watching customers picking up their pizza for a long time while enjoying our coffee next door, so today we decided to go and try Augies Pizza, I can say is one of the best pizza we ever tried, from the crust to the sauce, customer service and cleanliness everything was perfect. Thank you for having such a great prod, I will recommend Augies Pizza 100%

Tried calling an order in. Person came back asked if I was ordering for an Anthony. I don’t even know an Anthony I said no and she hung up on me. Tried calling back she continued to hang up on me! Called from a different number and low and behold the same girl that answered took the order from the other number! ( my number is new to me just got it) I’m thinking they need to train their workers better on etiquette and taking orders!! Two thumbs down!!

Love the pizza by the slice for a quick bite for lunch if you're at work, but for me, the real star is the pasta. Their Rigatoni and Alfredo pasta are both amazing and have made me a regular at this restraunt. This is the perfect example of a mom and pop shop, "Hole in the Wall," that more people need to know about.

I have ordered catering here a few times and also gotten lunch here. Called today with a very last minute large order and Heather was incredibly kind and gracious! They were able to help us out once again with amazing food. when I went to pick up the food, I found out they had 3 people call off due to the storms. I believe it was Heather and her daughter doing EVERYTHING and they were so efficient and pleasant. Thanks so much!!!

Have ate here a couple times in the last few weeks while staying in Independence. Our pizza was great! Staff were super friendly. Prices are pretty good also.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a large socrates pizza, a medium cheese pizza and 5 chicken wings.
The order total came out to $63.55 after we applied a $4 off coupon. The socrates pizza was ~$27 which we felt was very expensive for the value we were getting.
The cheese on our pizza kept falling off and the large pepperoni pizza turned out to be a large cheese pizza which was really a let down. Overall, the quality of our food was much lower than what we were used to in comparison to the Augie's Pizza location in North Royalton.
Since there was a mistake in the order, I called them back and I was given a voucher to use from the owner for the wrong pizza which was nice. They said they would write down my info and when I called back, they would be able to see the amount and my name in order to apply the voucher.
When I called back 4 days later to use the voucher, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and told me she couldn't verify the voucher that was given to me so I had to order another day. When I told her this was resulting in me having a bad experience again and that I may write a negative review, she told to write whatever I want and immediately hung up on me. So here I am.
Overall, the Augie's location in North Royalton has friendlier customer service and much much higher quality food. I would avoid this place like the plague.

We are not from Independence Ohio we were here with a family member in Cleveland clinic. We were staying Independence Angie's delivered to our hotel so we decided to give them a try. Delivery time was going to be longer then we wanted to wait so we just drove out to the restaurant instead. We were very happy we did. This was our first time ever trying Angie's and they did not disappoint. This was by far the best pizza we have enjoyed in years. Can't love it enough. Service was awesome as well. Wish we had one near home.
