I have been working in the area staying in Independence and have enjoyed their pizza many times. I have a gluten allergy so I was happy to find they have two gluten free crust options. They have a delicious raised edge cauliflower crust and a thin crispy rice crust. They are 12 inch pizzas. Last night I ordered one of each topped the same for comparison. I enjoyed both. Depending if you want a thinner more crispy or a raised edge slightly thicker both are great !!! Thank you...

My wife and I have been watching customers picking up their pizza for a long time while enjoying our coffee next door, so today we decided to go and try Augies Pizza, I can say is one of the best pizza we ever tried, from the crust to the sauce, customer service and cleanliness everything was perfect.
Thank you for having such a great prod, I will recommend Augies Pizza 100%

Love the pizza by the slice for a quick bite for lunch if you're at work, but for me, the real star is the pasta. Their Rigatoni and Alfredo pasta are both amazing and have made me a regular at this restraunt. This is the perfect example of a mom and pop shop, "Hole in the Wall," that more people need to know about.
